They sent me the wrong product and said they couldn't do anything about it until I threatened to give them a bad Google review... they said they would give a six dollar credit back.told them to stuff it the next day they recent my product. The one that I purchased in the first place. So that's why in giving them this score on there review. If I hadn't threatened them I'd be out money..thank you..DFord.

Great Product! Shipping takes awhile but it does eventually arrive.

I would choose zero stars if I could!!! Ordered items, was not what was expected and very cheaply made, first use and 1 of the 4 broke. After 1st complaint, they offered 12USD, I paid 80USD, the max they will send is 19USD. I have asked for a way to return them and they say it is too expensive for me. I would like that choice, they will not give me a return address and have stopped responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Ordered November 2025, Have not received as of 1/29/26. Tracking just stopped on 12/24/25 and customer "support" disregarded my concern and said "it is working as expected". Sure- if "as expected" means you don't actually send the product I've paid for.

⭐ ZERO STARS – ABSOLUTE SCAM

If it could go wrong, it did. I ordered kids’ pop-up balls with the expectation they would arrive before Christmas. Spoiler alert: they never did. After weeks of waiting and zero useful communication, the order finally showed up in late January, long after it was needed.

I tried countless times to cancel the order before it shipped—no response, no help, nothing. Now that the product has arrived, it is NOT even close to what was advertised. The balls do not pop up, the lights don’t work, and the quality is complete junk.

I have been repeatedly contacting them for a refund and, once again, I’m getting nowhere. This company is clearly set up to take your money and disappear when there’s a problem.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
They also operate under the name CUMFORT, so beware of that too. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and disappointment—run from this site.

Took my money and never got my order scam company

I ordered a toy for my Grandson for Christmas. The confirmation of order clearly shows a Zip String with 5 types of strings - that is what I thought I was ordering, paying for and getting. What eventually arrived was a cheap dart projectile with a small piece of white string to tie to the dart and 3 darts with suction caps and one of the darts already bent. Paid $54.64 Aussie Dollars and got a worthless piece of junk I got have bought at a Market Stall for $2-3. On approaching the company I am getting all sorts of excuses but saying they got the order correct yet they ignore the clear picture of the item on their own Order Confirmation compared to the photograph of the received item. Total scam in my view. Beware of this company which is call Tassutter but also goes under the name of CUMFORT Co.

ordered a bleeder hose 6 weeks n still not delivered tracking says my order is in freaking Italy n I live in Louisiana of USA,ASKED FOR REFUND 3 WEEKS AGO WITH NO RESPONSE AT ALL HORRIABLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH NEVER AGAIN.

Didn't recieve my package, and according to the post office the tracking number they provided my with is Bogus! Not enough money spent to make me pursue it. Lesson learned

J’ai acheter une brosse à cheveux lissante. Elle est arrivé dans une boîte toute cassé et aplati, l’intérieur de la brosse ne chauffe pas. Après 20 mins branché je suis même pas capable de raidir une mèche de cheveux et je suis loin d’être une lionne 🦁. J’ai demander un remboursement et ils veulent seulement me rendre 2$ usd. 🤬 mauvais achat et mauvais service après vente.

The packaging was impressive. It arrived in a well-secured, sturdy box that protected the items perfectly. Both items were individually wrapped for added safety and it was evident that care was put into packaging. It really demonstrated the seller’s commitment to delivering their products in pristine condition. No damage whatsoever, very pleased.
