TOP! In de middag om 16.00 uur 300 stuks onbedrukte lanyards besteld. De volgende ochtend net na mijn ontbijt geleverd. Sneller dan verwacht.
Website werkt goed, betalen ging makkelijk. Ik ga hier vaker bestellen.

Slechte service
17 augustus een product besteld. Als ik 6 weken later mail wanneer ik het kan verwachten krijg ik een mail terug dat mijn mail doorgestuurd is naar de productiedienst. De telefonische helpdesk is gesloten (op woensdagochtend om 9.20).
Erg jammer, we zullen onze beurs zonder naambadges moeten doen.

Badges pour la Guyane
Commande faite début décembre pour expédition en Guyane, toutefois la commande n'est jamais arrivée. En janvier je vous contacte par téléphone et une conseillère m'informe qu'elle va relancer la commande à vos frais car elle n'a aucun suivi de la commande initiale. Quelques jours après, j'appelle pour le suivi de la deuxième expédition et il n'y a pas non plus une trace et vous me demandez faire un mail avec le détail de la situation. Cela depuis la semaine dernière et aujourd'hui j'appelle et encore vous n'avez pas encore lancé la commande en Guyane. Mon client a ouvert son magasin sans les badges de leur conseillères et ce n'est pas du tout professionnel, mais encore moins professionnel la logistique de PDC jusqu'à maintenant.

I never received my order
I never received my order! And I cannot get any answer to my email!
They informed me 14 days for the delivery, it has been 1.5 month now and no information, no reply, nothing.
It was a very bad experience from the beginning. I had to send several emails to get a reply to question concerning the product I wanted to order. Never again!
