I was in the market for my first car and come across a car which ticked the boxes for what I wanted.
Great customer service very helpful, I had the alloys refurbished and sprayed they look brand new.

An invoice was promptly emailed to me, but after questioning the quality of product, the delays, and the incorrect delivery location I have been unable to get a response from PDC.

Just went to buy two Ally Pally tickets this afternoon. I was on the page as soon as the tickets went on sale. It took me 20 minutes to get onto the tickets. After about 5 minutes of finding the tickets I wanted which came available I went to add them to my basket and the page froze and put me back into the waiting stage and not able to access the tickets. I pay £50 a year to access early release tickets and watch un-televised darts which is defiantly not worth it if you can’t even get tickets due to the site being unsustainable.

The team at PDC have always been very helpful whenever we have made purchases through them. We would be one of their smaller customers only ordering a few badges for students each year however the team remember us and ensure our needs are met.
Last year we had an issue with one of the products ordered (due to a misunderstanding of the material we were requesting a badge to be made of), the level and speed of service to understand our problem and fix the issue was excellent. We received the replacement product very fast and in time for when we needed to hand out the badges in school.

Ik heb in twee keer moeten bestellen. Bij het eerste ontwerp bleek dat de belettering niet goed uitkwam, wat maakte dat het een slordig geheel werd. Nieuwe bestelling gedaan met uitstekende begeleiding van de firma. Vermits het de eerste bestelling was had ik al onmiddellijk betaald en om snel te werken diende ik al de tweede betaling uit te voeren. Binnen een aanvaardbare termijn (maar het kon toch net iets vroeger en ik had geen tweede keer moeten bellen) werd de creditkaart terug gecrediteerd. Indien iets sneller had een een vijfsterren label geweest.

Die Online-Personalisierung und der gesamte Bestellvorgang waren sehr einfach. Die Ware wurde sehr schnell geliefert.
Perfekt wäre es, wenn die Armbändchen etwa 1-2 cm länger wären.
Ich werde aber ganz sicher wieder hier bestellen.
