Great product and customer experience
Fast delivery. Product was great, as described and in good condition.
Had to call customer services who listened, went away and phoned me back with a resolution. Think I spoke to Emma who was new to the job and was really professional, but friendly and helpful.

der WebShop hat erstklassig funktioniert, die Preise mit Nachlass wurden angezeigt, die Bestellung hat sofort geklappt und die Ware ist noch am selben Tag kommiss ioniert und versandt worden. Perfekt!
Negativ:
Die Rechnung kommt seit 1,5 Jahren noch immer, trotz mehrmaligem Änderungswunsch der E-Mail Adresse, nicht bei uns an!
Der damalige Mitarbeiter (Christian Meyer) ist lange nicht mehr in unserem Unternehmen tätig und seine Adresse ist gelöscht!!!
BITTE senden Sie die Rechnung ebenfalls an die bestellende Kontaktadresse!!!

We have had a very positive experience…
We have had a very positive experience dealing with PDC. The website was easy to navigate with a very clear pricing structure and a timeline for receipt of order. Once the order was placed we received an email with a delivery date and the order duly arrived on that date. We will use this company again.
