Bristol Airport Meet and Greet Recenzje 

The email says when you are 30-40 minutes away from the terminal so that we can dispatch a driver to meet you, most companies tell you to get your luggage before you call as don't know how long that will take, when I called I was told it would be up to 30 - 40 mins for the car to arrive after several calls to them it turned up after 1h 10 mins, the joke was the driver who bought it had been sat in a car by where we were waiting (in the rain) which someone had dropped off so they had clearly not left when we called, also they had unplugged the dashcam which leads me to believe they wanted to cover something up, please do not use this company they need shutting down!!!

We had to wait 2 hours in the night for collecting our car. Bad service, avoid this.

Had to phone 6 times until my call was answered. Was told would have to wait 45 minutes for car to be returned. Had to phone multiple times until my car was returned over an hour later at 3am. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I couldn't find my FM transmitter anymore when I returned. When I ask the guy where is the adapter He raised his shoulders and said He doesn't know and if I have any complaints to contact the company. The think was I really needed that adapter that night to charge my phone so I can use the map to get home.
The mats were full of mud. I don't know how but also I have a hole in the handle of the key. They didn't show any kind of ID when they pick the car I could give the car to anyone basically. Also don't look at the low price because you have to pay the sort car parking when you drop and when you collect the car in top of the already fee.

Nice experience overall. I have been put off by the bad reviews and I do not understand why the company has such a mediocre review.

Communication was great with Muhammad, he seems to be a really nice bloke. Went on holiday for 3 days, left my car with him and by the time I’ve landed the car was delivered safely. He even messaged me that day to ask what time was I arriving.

In my opinion the employees who work for this company are straightforward, fact which can disturb certain clients. I will leave my car with them again for sure. Reliable company and pleasant employees. 10/10

I don’t believe the terrible reviews and I wonder if these are even real. I dropped my car on Friday and Muhammad met me in the short stay car park, I saw the bad reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect and was quite concerned and questioned him. I needn’t have been. On arrival one of their members dropped my car off in the car park right on time and overall it was great. Don’t be put off by bad reviews and don’t believe everything you read.

absolutely appalling company avoid at all cost, like many of the reviewers I wish I had taken the time to look at the latest reviews and I too would have avoided them like the plague! we had to wait for one and a half hours for them to deem to return our car. They were rude and obnoxious and didn't give a damn that they had kept us waiting in the rain for all this time, needless to say we will never use them again.

The drop off was as expected but had to wait for over an hour for the car to be returned. Unreliable phone service as they kept cutting us off.

Car came back the guy used my wire to charge his phone which he got out of centre console, drove to get my petrol to zero before dropping off and told me him and the gang left mud on my mat driving around. This was after waiting 45 minutes for car. Its meet you when we want and little in greeting. DO NOT USE!

Unreliable and unprofessional service will never use again. Waited nearly 2 hours for our car to be dropped back to us after arriving and nobody on the phone could help other than telling us they’ll be 15 minutes every time we called. When they finally dropped the car at 3:30am we were shocked to find that we had items from the car missing and when we called to complain, they hung up. Terrible service will never use again.

I have been scammed by support @ globalparkingmanagement services who take the fee for this company .
I cancelled my parking with meet and greet at Bristol Airport
I gave them two months notice so l thought plenty of time .l was meant to travel at the end of August
Please be careful when booking meet and greet at Bristol Airport.
Use Holiday extras

Absolutely awful, would not recommend to anyone.we were left waiting for an hour and 40 mins with no explanation as to where our car was.

Wish there was a no star option
Turned up late to pick up the car on our departure 16th June and driver did not give a dam
Took 28 calls to get through on our arrival back on the 27th June and then had to wait over an hour until 01.55 when the car turned up. Was told on the phone to make ourselves comfortable in the bud shelter whilst we waited!!
Emailed to discuss the service and was offered 30% off out next booking. Next booking l would not touch them with a barge pole. Totally unprofessional and basically they do not care, they take your money quick enough. Customer service 0!!

Daughter kept waiting for car to be delivered on return for nearly 2 hours in spite of being told 3 times it would be there shortly. Driver said no one wanted to drive car as dirty - working vehicle! Happy to take the money!
Poor customer/driver services

I wish I’d read all the reviews before we booked. This company is absolutely awful. We phoned after collecting our luggage and were told it would take 45-60 minutes as apparently there was an accident outside the airport - having checked google maps there didn’t appear to be any problems at all! We waited and waited and called 3 times and finally at 2.15am, 90 minutes after first calling the car arrived. The driver offered no apology and just shrugged and walked off. Dreadful service.
Do not use and stick with one of the on site or silver car park options.

The drop off was good, people met me on time, however I had to pay the £5 fee for them to exit , I do not think that was explained.
Collection was awful, had to wait 1 hr 15 mins, after calling 3 times, then needed to pay £5 exit fee, altogether not good. A badly run operation.

Avoid at all costs. Only the small print tells you that there is an extra £5 for drop-off, and again for pick-up. On our return, we had to wait an hour for our car to be delivered back, and we were lucky, others had been waiting two hours. The car was filthy, and some damage to the paintwork. I have complained, but so far they have ignored me. Fortunately the mark polished out, so I cant be bothered to pursue them. I'd rather pay twice the price for a reputable, professional service

Worst meet and greet service anywhere. Young girl turned up, not in any kind of uniform to collect my car. She didn't give any ticket or receipt for collecting car.
On return I had to wait 45 minutes because they said that it was busy. This is at 2am where I'm sure that they are not that busy. When I eventually got a reply on phone it sounded like I'd just woke the person up.
Totally unprofessional because they had my flight details and knew when I would be arriving. This is not a meet and greet service, expect long delay and appalling service. Will never use again.
