Bristol Airport Meet and Greet Recenzje 

This is quite subtle.
There are several meet and greet services at Bristol airport. It is easy to book the wrong one which is presumably why these cowboys are still in business.

My car was left with them for 2 weeks. Upon return I noticed that there were dirty large footprints in both the front and the back of the car. I had cleaned the car the day before which was the hottest day of the summer. They had obviously been ferrying people about in my car.
I complained having taken photos before leaving the carpark. I duly sent the photos but they had no interest.
No 'name' responded to my e mails.
The key here in identifying them is where they pick up the car. Short term car park across the road row 5. This currently identifies them.
My advice is to avoid these people and use one of the others. I have previously used the company in the drop and go carpark without problems. They are much more professional.
The problem is that you usually book this without paying much attention. It is difficult to tell which is which. Don't make that mistake.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had…. 2 hours after landing, we were stood with loads of other people waiting for our cars to be returned….. communication was an absolute joke, it got to the point where people were considering calling the police because there was no sign of any cars being returned, I think leaving it in a lay-by would of been a better option…. Avoid at all costs

If I could give 0 i would not even worth the one star, took over 45 minutes to return my car, covered in chicken feathers and when I checked my tracker could see car had been used. They also disconnected my dash cam messed with the whole control panel. Disgusted especially as I told them I was disabled. Poor poor service.

Absolute shocking

Cancelled our parking with these within times stated in their T&C still awaiting a refund over a month later was told it would happen but they’re busy this was weeks ago. AVOID!!

Based on my recent experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this type of service on many occasions with no issues, therefore as I had a flight from Bristol to take I decided on using this company...so wish that I had stayed clear. Here are some of the reasons:
1. They took over an hour to return my car when I arrived back in Bristol (the flight was on time, I contacted them as requested but STILL they were late).
2. There was money missing from the glove box (albeit only ~£6-£7; all £1 coins that I use for parking, etc).
3. The glove-box looked like it had been rummaged through, had broken a pen when it had been closed.
4. The range on my car had been reduced by ~60 miles from the point I left it with them to when it was returned.
5. Many of the settings in the car had been changed and no attempt to put back.
6. There was mud on the tyres; although not really an issue but did query were is this secure/cctv location?
7. When I tried to contact the Manager, the staff were rude and I never received any call back to discuss feedback/concerns.

If you’re looking for professionalism, look elsewhere!! DO NOT USE.
- Scratches on the front.
- Lack of communication.
- Very poor time keeping (waited over an hour to get my car)
- It was kept in some kind of mud pit as all the wheels were muddy.
- Remnants of food and curry drippings all over the inside.
- Mileage came back higher than expected.
This company should not be allowed to trade!

Do not use!! It would be nice to know at the time of booking they charge £5 on drop off and collection in cash after an already hefty fee to leave the vehicle there. It was very unprofessional you wouldn't know who worked for the company and who didn't. I definitely did not feel reassured leavning my vehicle. On return both my driver and passenger seats have been moved significantly along with all the mirrors. The inside of the passenger door had mud all along it. My mileage had increased by 18 miles and there was also a drive time of 35 minutes on my clock so my car has probably been used as a taxi which is disgusting. More of the vehicle buttons had been tampered with inside...now I can understand a simple seat move for someone taller/smaller than me but this was very unreasonable and unnecessary. Next time I will happily pay extra and park it myself!

Ended up parking in long stay, promised refund, but none appeared, don't respond to emails, do not use this meet and greet service.

Annoyed as the reviews on the website looked positive, how wrong was I. Called at 40mins before arriving at the airport and all was good. I was expecting someone at the airport car park but no, had to wait a further 25mins before anyone arrived and tried calling but no response. Even then I had to pay the extra for the short stay car park as they were late. Coming back was even worse. Landed and called before collecting baggage, so about 35mins or so. It was 3am and raining on Saturday the 5th of August. No sleep and 3 children who wanted to go home. Stood outside for another 40mins before they arrived, again no apology and the driver just walked off. Never use this service ever, worse experience. Do not use this service.

Arriving late at night with a 7 year old in the rain and had to wait well over an hour for my car, other person there waiting for the same company, never again

Awful service rude non professional had to ring them around 20 times email them etc for them to get in contact with us. After waiting 40 minutes we were told another 35 minutes for our car to be delivered. No apology

Trying to change a booking nobody is helping me driver hung up and I am worried about my car.
Upon reading the reviews this company if it is one… I think some drivers. And maybe dodgy wives for callers

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. FLIGHT LANDED AT 2AM. CAR ARRIVED AT 4AM DEPSITE SEVERAL CALLS AND BEING TOLD THEY WERE 6 MINS AWAY

Waited 90 minutes from first calling on arrival back in Bristol in the rain, at 3am with 3 tired children. When we called after 45 minutes they said it hadn't even been dispatched yet as one of their drivers had pranged a car and all was running behind.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY TO PARK YOUR CAR!

I received an email from Compare Parking Deals to leave feedback and it conveniently doesn't work.

They arrive late, leave their rubbage in your car, are not careful with your car while driving it and there's nothing you can do about it. There's no customer service from these guys. When you voice your concerns, they become aggressive and say you can file a complaint, knowing nothing will happen.

From now on, we'll pay however extra it costs to simply leave our car at the airport.

Wish we read the reviews. We called up when we got off the plane at 11pm and were told 30-45 mins. We waited and called 45 mins later, and were told it would be 15 mins and they would call when they were leaving. We waited 15 mins and called back. Same story, another 15 mins, and they would call. Again they didn’t and we called back. It was at this point they decided to tell us they had couldn’t find the car keys, and the man who had parked the car had gone home. Another charade for 30 minutes of being told they’ll call back when they didn't…bear in mind it’s 1am now, atleast 1hr 30 drive back home and we need to be at work at 8am. We’ve now been told to book a taxi and they’ll reimburse us once they have the bill through, going by these reviews we don’t trust them to. We’re still waiting…

Update - they are going to book us a taxi and pay for it, after we pushed them to. We chased up their call to say they had booked it, waiting 20 mins to call again and they hadn’t booked it. Their suggestion also is I give my spare key to the taxi driver once I get home… so they can lose it again?! And when we asked if they would reimburse the replacement key (and I know how much they cost, I work in the motor industry), they avoided answering. 2am - We’re still waiting…

Last update! They magically found the car key, but had clearly never booked the taxi. But luckily we have the car and will never use them again!

Upon arriving at Bristol Airport and after phoning when 45 mins away we still had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be collected. Upon on return into Bristol called whilst embarking the plane as we only had hand luggage they advised that the wait would be 25-30 mins. After 30 minutes and multiple phone calls our car arrived 1 hour later. Terrible Customer Service would not recommend and definitely won’t be using again. The whole point of meet and greet is so that the car will be waiting for you at the airport when you arrive.
