Terrible comms
Useless to deal with dont reply to emails. I spent around 3 hours doing a long 3 part survey but no payment. Luckily I had kept a screenshot of last page confirming completion. Lack of payment queried with emails with screenshot attached but not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone resolution

Won a prize !
I have been enjoying this site, I have the app Flow and get paid monthly and when I do the surveys. The surveys are not that common but it is ok. I also won a prize and I was super happy at first. The problem is I haven't received the prize yet and the communication has been very sporadic at first and in the end they disappeared.
I will amend my stars to 5 if I receive the payment and I hope someone answers to my emails soon

Yes the communication was sporadic and they could improve that but as long as I have received my prize I'm happy. it is a good amount that helps a lot in this period of crises for the cost of living.
Will continue taking surveys and hopefully I will win again

Not transparent about survey length
Not transparent about survey length. A few times today I have done surveys that are advertised to take 3 or 4 minutes. I do around 3 minutes of qualification questions, only to be given a survey that takes 35 minutes to complete, all for 20p. Very disappointing, I’ll do some other survey websites that are more honest.

Extremely disappointed – Payment delays and lack of transparency
It has now been more than two weeks, and I still haven’t received my earnings.
I have contacted their support team multiple times, but I only receive generic, scripted responses regarding "internal technical issues" with no concrete resolution date. They keep asking me to wait, but there is no accountability or clear timeline.
As a user, I have fulfilled my part of the agreement by completing tasks, but the platform is failing to uphold their end. It is difficult to trust a site that delays payouts indefinitely without any real transparency.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before investing their time on this platform until these payment issues are resolved.

Probably the best survey site!!
I cannot understand the low star reviews? This is one of the best survey sites around. The surveys are rarely unsuitable, not like some sites where you spend 10 minutes or so answering questions just to be told the survey is full of you don't fit the requirements. They do a daily question and fun stuff throughout the year! They also pay really quickly! What is not to like?

Very poor survey site
Very poor survey site. I joined up a couple of months ago and there have hardly been any surveys to complete, on average x 1 daily. I’ve still only got to £6 after this amount of time and doubt I will get to their payment threshold of £10. I completed a survey a while ago which was supposed to pay £5, but this has still not been paid despite my emails enquiring about it. The iflow app they encourage you to sign up to is another waste of time. I will be closing my account soon and will lose the little money I have managed to accumulate. I have recentl6 joined another survey site which is so much better with regular surveys. I wouldn’t recommend this site.

As you explained when you contacted our customer service, we regularly carry out random postal checks to ensure the quality of our panel and the accuracy of the information provided by our participants. According to our records, we have sent you approximately six postal verification letters containing a code to be entered to confirm that you live at the address registered in your account.
We understand that this process can sometimes seem cumbersome, although for most of our panelists it is generally simple.
To resolve this as quickly as possible and as a simple sign of good faith, we simply ask you to send us a photo of a recent invoice indicating your name and address. Once we have received this reward, we will be happy to proceed with sending your reward.
