Well. This company loves to give people the run around. So I signed up to a tv app through the panel opinion and collected a reward for £85 since I cashed it out to my pay pal I haven’t received a penny. I have emailed and get the same response like it’s from the computer that there systems are down and to be honest it’s not good enough. We as consumers and people that take our time to do this work in there favour. It’s not good enough. I have since emailed the tv panel app about this to see if they can help as this is totally unacceptable. I don’t know how many more excuses they can come up with but this really needs to be looked at internally.
I am unsure where to turn next as I would like this to be resolved asap

Really good survey website with excellent customer service that provide timely communications. The topics are varied with fair compensation for taking part. Screening out can happen from time to time but overall you will enjoy taking surveys on PanelOpinion. Definitely recommended having been a member for many years. Great stuff.

A good amount of surveys but takes a long time to build up enough to cash out

I have been using the app for a few years and it is good at rewarding however you it instant payouts which is the only downside

I took a survey on panel survey it was fast and fun it was asking about how I interacted with the site. I can do short surveys if I'm just passing time or longer ones if I have more time and I can always pick which ones I want to do

I find this to be one of my favourite survey sites, the rewards are decent and the payout if low. There are usually enough surveys to participate in to make it worth signing in. I don't often find technically issues that throw me out of studies either which is nice

Surveys are extremely limited. I have been on the website for over a week and there has basically been nothing. You do get an email every couple of days just saying there is a survey you can do for x amount of money but I didn't qualify for the survey. I do not see the point of this website if there is never any surveys available to do. No clue if it pays out as I am currently stuck getting anymore money due to zero surveys available and I have filled in all the information about me to gain more surveys. It's now I wish I hadn't as when I completed it I noticed 3 surveys just vanished since they discovered what I do and what I purchase etc.

Easy to follow surveys, low redemption thresholdof £10 , a choice of charity donation options , easy bank cash transfers. All in all a nice survey site.

I've been a member of opinion panel for over a year, I managed to get on a research projet where a TV viewing device was installed at my home , it was quickly installed . However, when it came to paying me the money, panel opinion kept dragging their feet. I gave them a whole month to pay me and they still tried to fob me off. When I asked them if I should I contact the original researcher if they are the cause for withholding my payment, it magically appeared the next day. That was on 10/09/2024 and ever since then I've only received surveys that are a few pence, all under a pound. So clearly I've got a black mark on my account just for asking what was rightfully money..after waiting a whole month I thought that was exceedingly generous of me and yet panel opinion has seen fit to shun me. Please don't put your trust in them.

An opinion survey without surveys. There are better survey sites out there that give you daily surveys for £2-£3.50 hour equivalent rate. These just don't have anything. Move on.
