È già la seconda volta che acquisto da Pamono.
Entrambe le esperienze sono state positive. I mobili acquistati corrispondono a ciò che visualizzo sul sito. Seppur il costo del trasporto è un po' alto eppure vero che è assolutamente perfetto. Le consegne vengono effettuate trattando in modo consono i mobili acquistati e questo è un dato importante.
Il sito è affidabilissimo e sono veramente ben organizzati.

Gekauft wurden ein viktorianischer Esstisch sowie vier Thonet-Stühle. Alles ist genauso angekommen wie angegeben und abgebildet. Einziger Wermutstropfen ev. die etwas höheren Versandgebühren und die lange Lieferzeit, aber dafür kann Pamono als Plattform nichts.

I found the custumer service good but the vintage piece that arrived was not what I expected, due to the colors being off compared to the photos.

Die Kommode, die ich gekauft habe, war ziemlich teuer, aber wunderschön. Die Logistik hat super geklappt und ich war nach dem Kauf ziemlich zufrieden bis auf einen kleinen Makel. Auf den Bildern war die Kommode mit einem Schlüssel abgebildet, der gar nicht existiert hat. Ich finde es etwas merkwürdig, etwas abzubilden, was nicht Teil des Produktes ist.

Naja, nach einigen Jahren ist die Kommode trotz sehr pfleglicher Behandlung immer mehr kaputt gegangen. Holz ist abgesplittert, die Schienen auf denen die Schubladen laufen, sind stellenweise abgefallen. Die Kommode war minderwertig restauriert und nur für den Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs aufgehübscht. Es ist ein schöner Gegenstand, aber sein Geld keinesfalls wert. Jetzt landet sie nach 9 Jahren auf dem Müll.

I bought a coffee table beginning of January 2026 and the Italian dealer keeps postponing the pick-up from his showroom in 2-week windows. We are by now at week 7 after my purchase and sadly Pamono keeps answering my emails only by pointing out that delivery might take 7-8 weeks, ignoring my concerns that something is wrong. I fear that the table is either not in the possession of the dealer or the dealer does not intend to sell the table after all. I don't want a refund, I want that table and I do not want to look for the exact table again... and have to wait for weeks again. I bought so many things through Pamono, but this time you really let me down! I think my first concerns about the purchase should have been handled in a better way by Pamono.

Deux interrogations : le site emploie largeur pour profondeur d'un meuble(différence culturelle?).
Les hauteurs d'assise sont rarement mentionnées, les hauteurs des dossiers d'une siège le sont toujours: La crainte d'un plafond trop bas?..

Ordered a table and chairs and the delivery has been rescheduled 5 times. Had to waste holiday and in some cases the delivery was changed with less than 24 hours notice. Still have not revieved the items. Terrible customer service would not recommend. Also a very slow customer service that takes more than 2 days to reply to emails. Do not buy anything from this site

Très content de mon achat de deux fauteuils. Tout s’est très bien passé.

Das Produkt wurde als Murano Vase beworben und explizit als solches im Inserat benannt, ist allerdings laut Etikett des Produzenten / Herstellers auf dem Objekt nur maschinell „corso italia“ gefertigt. Daher habe ich leider einen viel zu hohen Preis für ein Massenprodukt bezahlt. Ich erwarte von einem Marktplatz wie Pamono, die Produkte bei Aufnahme weitestgehend auf Echtheit zu prüfen.
Da das Produkt dennoch sehr schön ist und man mir vermutlich als Käufer auf eine gewisse Eigenverantwortung zuschreiben muss, gibts dennoch 3 Sterne.

Despite me ordering the Christmas gift for my wife on the 10th December it wasn't shipped for another week. And then it failed to arrive for Christmas. So my wife had to wait for it to finally arrive several days after Christmas Day. Why wasn't the order dispatched immediately given it was December and the volume of post is very high. REally disappointed with Pamono and their shoddy logistics

Wir haben ein Regal aus den 1950ern gekauft. Die Lieferung aus Italien nach Deutschland musste wegen hohem Verkehrsaufkommens verschoben werden, beim zweiten Versuch klappte es dann. Das Regal war gut verpackt und ist sehr gut erhalten. Allerdings entsprechen seine Maße nicht ganz den Angaben im Inserat.

Hat super funktioniert! Habe ein verbindliches Angebot abgegeben, wurde gleich angenommen und die Lieferung ist am angekündigten Datum erfolgt. Top!
