Super fast delivery only issue was the fact despite placing 2 orders at the same time one of which was only for a couple of paint brushes the other a can of paint for some reason they dispatched them in 2 separate boxes with 2 different couriers

Outstanding service and great pricing from Paint Stop Ltd. This is the first time I have used them and after my great experience and helpful dealings particularly with Kitti they will be my first choice for paint and decorating supplies in the future.

I am a great fan of Little Green paint, but their website is really tricky to navigate. That’s why I went to Paintstop, the website is easy to navigate and got my Little Green paint. The right colour and batch without any problems delivered to my door.

Good prices, good stock and EXCELLENT delivery. Even better as they used DPD for our delivery (maybe they use other carriers for different areas) and without doubt DPD are the best courier for our area. Packing was excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Unlike others Paintstop had the paint that I needed at a fair price and they delivered it more or less immediately. What’s not to like?

Supplier for Farrow and Ball colours, however the colour they mixed for us was a very poor match. Completely different colour to both the official Farrow and Ball tester and the F&B colour wheel.
Refused to give refund even though it was their mistake, claiming they ‘tested’ the paint and it was the right colour despite photographic evidence to the contrary!
Often it is when things go wrong that you learn most about a company’s honesty and customer service.
Don’t trust this company if you are looking for a genuine F&B colour as they cannot be trusted to supply the right colour or to deal with their mistake responsibly!

I can confirm that the tester pot was from Farrow and Ball, the replacement paint for the decorators was purchased off the shelf (ready mixed) from B&Q and the colour tester wheel used is the official one purchased direct from Farrow &Ball. All of the colour shades on these products match perfectly, the paint supplied by Paintstop does not, so either all of the reputable company’s shades are incorrect or the customer services at Paintstop are less than truthful about their ‘testing’. I can’t post the photos here to let you make up your own mind, but I will post them on the Farrow and Ball Lovers Facebook page to warn others about purchasing from this company. My advice is just pay a little extra and deal with more reputable companies. I have also requested a return of the paint so that information is also incorrect. As it’s a full pot of 5l, I’ll donate it to a local charity who won’t mind that it’s not a perfect match to the colour it was meant to be.
