I would have liked to receive the paint a little sooner, i did like the product and I appreciate the professionalism in getting me the right item after my mix up on the order. thank you Jim

Whoever packed the box did a horrible job. They just wrapped one piece of tape around center of box length and width. DID NOT seal the box prior to shipping. Box was destroyed by the time I received my order. They were pretty ignorant to think that was sufficient for shipping.

I had a terrible experience with Dave and PaintScratch. They sent me the wrong color of paint, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the issue and refused to provide a refund.

I sent them photos of the incorrect paint as requested, but they later claimed I never did. By the time they finally responded—almost a week later—I had already disposed of the paint cans because I have children and pets at home, and it wasn’t safe to keep them sitting around.

Rather than standing behind their product or working toward a fair resolution, they made excuses and shifted the blame onto me. Customer service was disappointing, and I felt like my concerns were ignored. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Took extremely long to receive order and the order was expensive for the amount of product I received. Disappointed in the entire process.

Timely. And as I ordered. Matches car nicely. I've purchased touch up for three of my vehicles, now relatives are doing theirs. Highly recommend for touch up needs..

This company helped me get the correct color for my car. It wasn’t as easy as you would think and they made the experience much better.

Placed my order and 8 days later they still haven't shipped my order. Said they were just too busy with
other orders. Had to dispute order with my credit card company.

Nice colour match

I ordered a Harley touch kit off their website using the swatch as the indicator for the proper color and although I though the name strange for the color o double checked that I had selected the correct color and placed my order. When it arrived still being a bit suspicious of the name i put down a test and it wasn’t even in the ballpark for what I selected. I was a little pissed but I thought don’t get ahead of yourself and wrote to them explaining the situation. It was clear from their response that it wasn’t their problem and it was my fault. With that kind of customer service I would avoid this business at all costs. TouchupDirect
Had the right codes and had it on the way to me the same day.

I got exactly what I bought. The paint spray worked as advertised and was easy to apply.

The paint didn't cover the primer.

It took much longer than I expected to receive my order
