Buenas tardes, hice un pedido la semana pasada de cajas para una tienda. El cual fueron muy rápidos para el cobro, pero no sé nada del pedido y tampoco puedo acceder a mi perfil a ver el estado de mi pedido porque pone que no tengo pedidos realizados. Lo que sí para cobrar fueron muy rápidos y para enviar un correo con el número de pedido,Que no detalla nada más que mis datos las cajas y me dirás que fueron y sin teléfono de contacto ni correo ni nada. De verdad fue la primera vez, por tantear la calidad pero estas algo escarmentada.
Además de escribir 300 correos electrónicos y no recibí respuesta.

Absolutely terrible service....no communication from customer support. Ordered on the 10th of November and told a delivery would be 1-3 days. Didn't receive package until the 22nd of November. Sent numerous emails and only got automated responses. Never again will I deal with this company.

J'ai passé ma commande en pensant que s allait arriver dans délai 5 jours alors pas du tout mon évènement est aujourd'hui et j ai toujours rien reçu et avec tout le commentaire lus j ai très peur qu ils se trompe de taille ou de colis je suis très déçu j'aurais du vérifier les commentaire avant de commander , maintenant je suis dans un pétrin car ma prestation ce passe aujourd'hui et j ai pas les bouteilles plastique de 500ml que j avais commandé.

Tengo muchas quejar con respecto a esta empresa, me parecen un timo.
Pedi un rollo de papel panal de abeja. Nunca me notificaron que lo habían enviado, luego no pudieron entregarlo y nunca me notificaron ésto y que había sido depositado en un punto de recogida, suerte que estuve mirando el estado.
Para colmo cuando recojo el pedido me quedo muy muy sorprendida, por primera vez en mi vida recibo un pedido SIN ningún tipo de envoltorio, SIN PROTECCION, el rollo de papel libre, cerrado con cinta adhesiva, DESTROZADO. Tengo que desperdiciar un montón de papel hasta llegar a donde es utilizable. Además está SUCIO. Parece que sea la primera vez que envian algo.
Me parece una broma de mal gusto. Obviamente primera y ultima vez que utilizo esta empresa

All in all, a super support in the realisation of our project.
We commissioned a small folding box. The design was often changed on our side and the timing became increasingly tight as the production time is quite long. Nevertheless, we had fast support, quick response times by mail and also patience and flexibility.
The best thing was that Packhelp then also rushed the production so that we could still make our delivery on time.
The only constructive criticism concerns the start of the enquiry process via the website. We didn't have the same contact person from the last order process (a year ago) and had to contact them via a form instead of being able to call somewhere directly and quickly.
