SHE GOT TO THE STORE AND SAID MY DAD CALLED AND GOT A QUOUTE FOR 2 TYRES AND THEY CHARGED HER FOR MORE EXPENSIVE TYRES I CONFRUNTED THEM AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN CHANGE THE ORDER OR REFUND WENT ELSEWHERE AND GOT CHEAPER AND ALOT BETTER SERVICE.

Early this year I decided to purchase a set of 195/50/15 Nitto Neo Gen's as it is a highly regarded tyre in other markets. However a few days later I received an order acknowledgement which stated that these tyres are no longer available and that I have been "upgraded" to Monsta Street white tyres.

I was never contacted whether this is acceptable or if I would consider to accept another tyre/tyre brand. Querying this online got me a response but not a solution. Phoning the call centre didn't help either. They explained that a refund is not possible - how can you explain to a customer that you cannot give them credit or a refund for something they clearly did not buy and expect them to accept it?

Customer service told me that I can have a look at the tyres in Welshpool and then go from there. Firstly, these are white letter tyres from an unknown tyre brand. Secondly, the tyres were manufactured in 2023. In the 30 year that I have owned cars, I have never come across tyres that were already 3 years old upon fitment. I was reassured that it is "fine".

After all of this drama, I decided to have the tyres fitted as I would be better off to have new(er) tyres than have no tyres at all. The Welshpool fitment centre wanted to charge me a tyre disposal charge which was another surprise. When I explained what have happened they waived this cost as they said I have been through enough already. The Welshpool team did a great job and I have nothing negative to report.

It is alarming to see a Trustpilot review of 1.8 stars and a Google review of 4.8.

The Monsta Street White tyres were fitted (white letters thankfully showing inwards) and the tyres are actually a lot better than I expected and I am actually getting a lot of joy around corners and in the wet.

Ozzy tyres please consider;
-Give the customer the benefit of the doubt if they are not in the wrong
-Delist tyres you no longer stock and update the website. What is the point of advertising it if you cannot buy it?

Supplied incorrect wheels wanted $1000 extra for correct ones. Don't use these guys they don't know what they are doing and when they get it wrong will lie through there teeth denying responsibility

Misleading advertising and dishonest sales tactics.

I ordered tyres online. The website advertised “1–2 days delivery”.
After several days I had received zero tracking and zero communication.
When I tried to cancel the order due to the delay, they tried to push mismatched tyres on me and wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee.
They also told me that OE tyres and standard tyres are identical inside, except for the OE stamp marking. This is completely false and misleading.
The whole experience felt dishonest. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Would not recommend buying online from Ozzy Tyres.

Horrible experience in every way.
1. all their 5 start reviews are begged for in store to recieve a gift bag
2.the rims are just chesp knock offs, they are cheap cheap cheap
3. all 4 rims have cracked in a matter of 2 years. no hard hits anywhere. possible hits to potholes though. ALL 4 RIMS IN 2 YEARS !!
4. the rims do not fit correctly to fitment. all my wheels were protruding from my car, and tbey noted theh will have to grind them down??? for an additional fee?????
5. the lock nut key they gave was 2nd hand, and only lasted me 2 uses until they went completely blunt. I went in store and got charged 40 bux for a 'new one' which again was used but somewhat in new condition..

this place is a scam, run by the 4r4bs.... typical. never agsin will i consider these scam scums.

I purchased a couple of tyres on their website and some how the wrong tyre size was selected. I received an invoice 2 days later and had realised the tyre size was completely incorrect. I called the head office and spoke to someone who wanted to charge me an additional $550 on top of what I had already paid which was $585 and this was for 2 tyres. I contested this but of course the customer is always wrong. When I refused to pay the additional cost as i told the sales person I can go to bob Jane and but 4 tyres for the price they wanted to charge for 2. I then asked for a refund and they hit me with a 25% restocking fee which is absolutely riddiculous and unfortunately there was no way out of it as it was on their website. To top it all off it took them a week to refund my money and every time I called I got this sales person who was so un professional calling me bro, bro this, bro that. Im not you bro I have a name. Be wary of this company and make sure you read everything that is relevant to your purchase before you make it. I don't recommend these people at all and I will never use them again and will tell friends and family to avoid them like the plague.

Went to Blacktown store and chose rims and tyre package. Got a call 2 days later to book the car in, got everything fitted plus got the callipers painted. Car looks great and drives great. Very happy, thank you!

Ordered rims and tyres was a 4 week wait 6 weeks went by no nothing no call i rang they said none in stock waiting for new delivery 8 weeks and nothing still and then I couldn't wait rang they said shipboard delayed pure lie went with other rims didn't get money back on cheaper rims I got one wheel oneday they others wheels other day and one rim is scratched and chipped rang them they said they will replace it but 2 months later been nothing no replacement no call they won't respond so it can go to court. Been told by solicitor it's a easy case to win if you have had bad dealing with these clowns then take them to court the more the better and stop them scamming people. They will be investigated and everyone has a right to refund it's the Australian federal law. Don't trust them don't buy from them.

This company is just out to scam you, they don't have the tyres they advertise on purpose so they can sell you shitty tyres when you get sick of waiting. Note. If you abuse their AI chatbot when it tells you it can't help they will see that and refund you.

Scam Company. I ordered a wheel & tire package about 11 weeks ago. Got backordered and said it will arrive 4-6 weeks. Fast forward 6 weeks, still no wheels. Emailed them multiple times, they kept delaying saying “it’s arriving next week” or “weather conditions” or “top priority”. Emailing back asking for a refund, they never replied to that email. They drop calls once I mention the order and refund. They never picked up my calls until I called from a different number. Kept delaying and changing people who pick calls up. Visited the store and they said they will call their main store in Sydney, obviously they didn’t. SCAM COMPANY. These Kebab Sellers will take your money.

Worst experience. Ordered 17x8 wheels. 14 days later I received 17x9, one was damaged, tyres were so stretched on the rim, and the wheels were sitting proud of the cars bodywork but by an inch. Carrum downs presented the car to me as if this was normal. All my reviews on google keep disappearing.

90 $ for a 5 min wheel alignment 5000 km tyres chopped out so I am out 490$ pissed off. Don't go there they aren't value for money

Needed a new set of shoes for the spec.r STi. Went down to see the lads at Ozzy Tyres Brendale to see what we could get sorted. The boys helped my find the best rims and tyres for my style of driving, ordered them in, then installed them with an alignment and balance. With a focus on unsprung weight, we landed on a set of light rims and rim saver tyres. They look damn good on the car too. Steering is noticeably better now, exactly as they forecast. I cannot rate these guys enough. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very competitive on price.

I placed a $4,000+ order on April 24th, 2025, which was on back order with an expected wait time of 4-6 weeks. Fast forward over 10 weeks later, and I still haven’t received any updates. I've called three times and sent two emails over the last four weeks, only to be told completely different things each time. Absolutely no transparency or communication from the company. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and will be hesitant to order from them again. Customer service over the phone is very dismissive and incompetent.

Do not buy from this mob. Very rude customer service from the whole company. I wish I had of looked at reviews before I bought from them. Complete stuff around with tyres not begin delivered correctly I specifically told them I needed tyres fitted before a certain date they assured me it would be done but then I had to chase around with emails and phone calls with a idgaf attitude from staff.

This is an appalling company to deal with at all levels, ranging from the abysmal customer service manners on their 1300 number ( there is no need for rudeness) through to their total lack of concern when they make a mess of an order. I ordered a set of tyres online. Beware they hide the fact they are only selling the tyres not the fitting etc, but will suggest on initial contact that it is inclusive. Get the price in writing and don't rely on phone calls! My order arrived, so went to their store in Ipswich and got my tyres fitted. Later in the day I looked at them and saw they had fitted the wrong brand of tyres. They had also slung the tyres on with a rattle gun ( I had to remove and retorque the nuts back on as they were stupidly tight and inflation pressures ranged from 47 psi down to 29, so of course it was hopelessly unbalanced and ride was terrible as pressures should have been 32 psi). They were quite disinterested, initially failing to respond to my emails and phone calls until I pointed out that they did not match description and ACCC and NCAT would be contacted. I showed them evidence that a competitor offered this substituted brand for a lower price and eventually got a refund for price difference but no hint of an apology. My advice, don't use these cowboys as their behaviours have no place in modern auto retailing. I dread to think what they would be like in situations like warranty claims. Sadly they hide behind a veneer of glowing reviews that seem so professionally written that I was fooled into ever dealing with them.

Do not buy from this company, after looking around for a while I decided to give their Underwood store a try, needless to say it was one of the worst decisions of my life. After asking for recommendations regarding tyre choice I was recommended a more expensive option as they said it is what i would need. So I booked it in trusting they where the experts. I arrived early for the scheduled repair and hand vehicle over without issue, I was told it would be an hour to 1.5 hours total so I said I'd walk to some local shops for a look around, after 2 hours and hearing nothing I walked back to find my vehicle had only recently been started. I waited another 1 for it to be completed, paid and left as I was extremely late for another appointment. After getting home and checking things I noticed bolts loose, and the tyres they had recommended where absolute garbage, 1 week in and I would rather have my bald old tyres back. These guys clearly just sell cheap products and don't take pride in their work as they couldn't even be bothered to clean the dust off the tyres. I would recommend going anywhere else, you'd think a large company would have good customer support but it is a joke. Go with a more trusted brand whom gives you satisfactions warranties etc...
