Still haven't received my product
The Courier - Aramex has lost my goods. I have called so many times to complain to them and Ozanda and still unresolved. Incredibly frustrating.

Courier tracking details:
05 Jan 2026, 14:19 – Parcel collected by the courier in Melbourne
05 Jan 2026, 21:28 – Parcel in transit from Dandenong to Port Melbourne
06 Jan 2026, 09:23 – Parcel with local courier and out for delivery
06 Jan 2026, 11:14 – Delivery attempted; no one was available to receive the parcel
07 Jan 2026, 07:17 – The depot contacted the recipient to arrange redelivery and was awaiting delivery instructions
At the time the review was submitted on 12 Jan 2026, the shipment was still in active transit and remained under the courier’s control. Based on the tracking records, the parcel had not been lost.
Update:
13 Jan 2026, 16:48 – Parcel collected by the recipient in Melbourne

Wrong product
Purchased replacement patio cover for a patio 4 x 3m as advertised on Web sites. Arrived went to fit to my 4 x 3m patio the same as the one showing on Web pages only to find it 40cm short and not possible to fit a patio measuring 4 x3m. Only to be told because it wasn't their patio product they couldn't help me and that I was to return it and they would charge me a 20% handling fee. And for me to pay postage I have clearly been sent the wrong product but they are not owning up to this fact, They have sent me the dimensions of 3,6m x 2.6m however the one they sent me 3,370m x 2,6m clearly not the right product
