Terrible service, I ordered and paid for a $379 tap set, I soon realised in less than 8 hours it was unfit for purpose, who I spoke to was very vague however assured me I would get a refund and order will be cancelled, 12 days later the useless tap turned up and no refund, Very unprofessional

They sent me the wrong order. I ordered 3 carpets , 1.2m x 3m. I paid for express delivery, however the order arrived several weeks later on 1/7/26 and was incorrect. I was sent a 12 meter long carpet runner. When I contacted them several times 2 days at a time to reply and all they could say was if you have concerns with your order. It was the wrong order sent. I asked for them to pick it up and send correct order. Still waiting on a reply 2 weeks later. Don't buy from Ozanda.

The item you have advertised is out of stock. This should have been noted prior to purchasing through this site. I do understand you have offered a partial refund however the wait time is unacceptable as the item could have been purchased through someone else.

Quality was better than expected and everything arrived sooner than I thought.

Absolutely awful customer service ordered my product in February it is now May and I have still not received or got any updates. I would not recommend this company.

I would love to write a review about the product I bought, but I haven't received it yet. I paid for a piece of furniture on Wednesday, and when I followed up on Saturday, and then Monday, I was told it had only just been shipped -- despite the fact I paid extra for express postage. When I went to see the status of my order, the message I received was that the package hadn't even been prepared yet by the sender. Really dissappointed, especially after having a bad experience with a different online furniture site and turning to Ozanda because their reviews were so good!

These guys are an absolute clown show 🤡. After sending me another person's product, they gave me his name, address and phone number so I would on ship it to them (LS ill keep your details private). I've been left $85 out of pocket with a product that I didn't even order. This is on top of the delay now to reorder it fom another supplier. Whilst I've written off the $85, the kicker is that the winch they incorrectly sent, wasn't packaged in any way, and looks like it would last about 30 seconds.
