Fast and helpful

Utter shambles, had a complaint open for months, very little replies to this in the early days now I had to create a follow up ticket and 26 days later the ticket status is "open" but not a single reply from anyone.

Had a query and ADAM helped me with a detailed instruction for me to perform a task, worked successfully. very happy with the customer service received

Oliver helped me with a software/network config issue that I was not sure about the other day as I was too busy to fix the problem and one of my own admins were not available at the time. So 5/5 stars from me. Thank you, Oliver.

I've been a customer with OVH for a little over a year and have not had any problems in that time. I needed to relocate a server from Sydney to the UK and, whilst there is no specific service available, was advised to create an new, one month, server in London, and migrate the system from Sydney. The existing contract would then be transferred to the new server.
This I did with the advice of Oliver who was very responsive and guided me through the process. Oliver's assistance was first class all through; this is the second time Oliver has provided me with support.
The service works and is good value.

I was charged 110 EUR after I stopped using the service. Then they used force against me by escalating the situation to a debt collection agency. The situation was then passed on to a lawyer after I explained that I had stopped using the service. They refused and forced me to pay for a service I stopped using. It's literally the worst business I've ever worked with.

You need to wait for a few days and then they won't/can't help.
While I was creating the account, they were redirecting me to their French site (for no reason). When I created account ono French version (just changed language), they sent me all contracts on french starting from the 2nd month...
After a few dates of waiting support told me to pay bill close account, create a new account on the English site, and do data transfer by myself. They were mute about constant redirecting to the French version of a site.
I'm not sure if that's legal.
I had no time for that. I did "FU mail, and abandon everything OVH related. Forever!

I have got answer for what i required to do so. I am very happy for all his support in terms of dedicated server thanks.

Been running a few small hobby services with OVH for the past 5 years. The price is low, yet the service is very good.
It is very rare that you need to contact support, but when you do response is quick and knowledgeable.

OVH has been getting slow recently but in the past 30 days, its getting better. Thank you guys, specially Craig D who helped me with an order.

Adam is very fast and cool in answers. Average time was around 10 minutes (but there is less than 5 min answer). Over the 1.5 years on hosting it is amazing, really. Please relate all my services tickets to support with Adam :D

The best part about OVH is the support. I have spoken to Oliver (Ollie) on the phone many times and he is extremely knowledgeable and quite importantly he is very patient!

The time of the first response to the ticket was quite large, but in the end everything was decided quickly. Thanks to the Oliver N. support staff for the help.

I've had excellent service ever since I moved to OVH. I had a mini heart attack today because my service was suspended during a system transfer to a new box because it was just over the month paid. Thankfully support jumped on the case and are allowing me a little bit of extra time to transfer everything. Couldn't ask for better service! I would recommend OVH to anyone needing fully managed infrastructure.

Had an issue using the load balancer so I contacted technical support by phone. The technician (Adam) was knowledgeable, helpful and clear; he helped me understand the load balancer configuration and when it became apparent that the package in my budget was too restrictive for my requirements, he gave me a wealth of advice on alternative solutions. Following Adam's advice, I was able to setup an alternative solution within budget which is totally suitable. Additionally, he went out of his way to give me unsolicited advice about security and resilience, none of which was driven by sales. I am extremely happy with the service when compared to my experience with Azure, I would definitely recommend to others and will consider provisioning more projects using OVH over Azure.

I have ben using OVH public cloud for almost 3 years now. The service is cost competitive and the support is excellent (just pick up the phone and speak to knowledgeable support staff). The service itself performs well and has been completely reliable.

I have experienced a couple of technical issues and each time the friendly helpful support team has helped me to a satisfactory resolution.
