I always get asked where I get my vintage tshirt from & have to tell them to check out Other!
The quality is brilliant, super soft T-shirts, print that cracks and faded perfectly just like a 30/40 year old tshirt would have and the single stitch finish is a nice nod to everything made pre-90’s
I’ve never had a huge amount of luck in vintage stores finding T-shirts like this, they often don’t fit right or are covered in stains so if your looking for a tshirt of your favourite band then look no further other have you covered!

Honestly listen to the recent bad reviews on this site, they’re not lying
Ordered a trucker hat for £50, which is extortionate for hat anyway, but was willing to pay as it looked nice on the pictures. Unfortunately it didn’t really suit me/fit my head shape properly so I initiated a return well within the window for a full refund.
No Return address was sent so I emailed the next day (a Friday)… no reply. Emailed again Monday stating that I was going away the next day for a couple of weeks and need to return that day so I didn’t miss the refund window…. No reply.
Fast forward 3 weeks, I’m back in the UK and still no reply even after sending another email.
I messaged their Instagram before leaving too, and again on e I got back off Holiday explaining the ordeal and they have read the messages and chosen to ignore me.
What kind of customer service is this?? Why even offer returns if you’re just going to ghost your customers and try keep their money?
Complete scam artists.

WEB62391 No communication. No return address provided.
I initiated a partial return but was not provided with a return address. I contacted the company via their email address on 3 separate occasions asking for the return address but they simply haven’t responded. It’s a shame as I would’ve bought much more but I can’t risk not being able return clothing and having no customer service.

Great shop!
Easy to navigate, with a great range of items. Signing up for the newsletters gives significant discounts and the site overall has huge sales on a lot of popular items. The loyalty program is really simple too: gained almost a thousand points just by going through the motions, and i've only bought one item so far. LOVE IT!

Slow customer service and difficulty with order.
The product i can't comment on yet, but the customer service is slow. I emailed 2ce about the welcome discount which I couldn't find a code for - no reply. Finally ordered by guessing it.
Then I got charged postage when it's supposed to be free with no spend limit. Have emailed Other about this too. Will I get a reply?

Great Experience
Used them recently for two orders; one for a jacket I refunded (I did get my full payment back) and another for a separate jacket which I liked and kept. Overall good service, decent prices and great quality- I was hesitant due to the reviews myself, but decided to try them out and I'm glad I did since it was a no problem process.

Other lo envió rápido, pero tuve que esperar más de lo previsto por culpa de la Aduana (Brexit, recuerden). Una vez recibido, la ropa fue una absoluta decepción, una camiseta de ínfima calidad probablemente made in China por 75 €. La devolví y sólo me abonaron 40 €. Me sentí doblemente estafado. No repetiré

The product is awesome and just what I expected , it was a longer wait time than what I usually have but when I doubt I reached out and received a response .
From what I understand it’s a smaller company who get a lot of orders during sales and this impacts the wait time .
If you want fast fashion this is not the place for you .
But quality is worth waiting for 👍

Scam artists, don’t even bother
Scam artists. Their website states “instant refunds” sadly, no such thing.
Don’t bother ordering from these cowboys.
Completely Pathetic and an embarrassment
Of a company.
Long story short, I raised a dispute with the bank, had all my evidence, receipts/emails etc time and date etc you name it I had it.
Eventually I received my refund. A month later.
Won’t bore you with the details, but it’s essential you log everything and deal with it quick.
Customer support is not existent. Before you order, read their policy and guidelines and look them up on gov.uk and you’ll see how dodgy of a company they are. Not even registered as “other” hilarious.
Pretty easy to find them all on social media.
All reviews are fake, negative ones do actually get removed because I left about 5.
Absolutely not worth their prices or in any state to run an online busness.
Shop elsewhere, trading standard will have a field day with this company.
As soon as they go bust the world will be a better place.
