Amazing products.
I love Ossa organic products, good customer service and fast delivery.
Their Collagen powder is a must have- its great as it doesnt taste of anything, i mix it with my coffee every morning, can even mix it towards your foods ie pancakes batter, shakes or soups.
Also in love with their Ghee, it tastes amazing my kids loved it so much. I use it to make egg fried rice for them and alternative to sauté when i make my stews.
their customer service is amazing, they got back to my queries efficiently.

Worm found in bone broth!!
I bought Ossa organic chicken bone broth on dolphinfitness website. I opened one of their jars and poured some to the meal I was prepearing and the rest to separate pot. I immediately spotted something that at first looked like string of chicken. I had a closer look and I was in shock as it was a WORM! There was a dead worm in their product! I was about to give this bone broth to my child! Thanks god I spotted it! I had to throw away the food I was making which was expensive. I was so upset! I reached out to the company explaining the situation and attached the photos. Still have not heard from them, they should immediately investigate it but nothing happened. I have also contacted them through chat and was told that someone will contact me in 16min. Guess what? still till this day I have not heard from them. I have now contacted dolphin fitness. Its absolutely disgraceful! I will not leave it like this. Do not buy their products! You may get sick! And they do not care about customers health, no responding and no investigating it!

Poor customer care …
Ordered of them a couple time this last time the order arrived I thawed my first pouches out and there was a leak in two of them due to this my whole fridge was flooded with broth. Emailed and spoke with someone who said they would get back to me and since my emails have been ignored I’ll not use this company again. Very pricey to just have them spilt all over the fridge.

Only a mug pays £105 for tallow 😂
£105 for tallow? Do yourself a favour: go to your local farm shop and pick up some beef fat for about a fiver (I recently got 1.5kg for £2.70 - pasture fed and organic). Then look up how to render tallow in a slow cooker. It will take you a day or so (well it actually takes your cooker that long - your input is around 25 mins) and you’ll need some salt.
Congratulations, you just saved yourself about £100

Healthier and Tastier!
I’ve recently started using Ossa Organic Ghee to replace ordinary butter, and i couldn’t be happier! It’s much healthier alternative, and the difference in taste is incredible! My food is now both tastier and healthier. I can’t recommend it enough!

Empty jars
I ordered a few jars of bone broth and only received shattered empty jars. They did not care to use bubble wrap to avoid it.
Inappropriate and careless.
It’s been a week and still have not refunded me. Stopped replying to my emails as well.

I opened a jar of beef broth,it tasted of flavoured water at best ,no taste whatsoever,nothing like the frozen packs,tried emailing the company 4-5 times over a 2 week period,nothing came back,I’m claiming my money back from my credit card,will not be buying again,zero customer services!!!

horrendous customer service
Unfortunately, I ordered some stuff from ossa organic. However, I did not receive my goods on the day it was supposed to be delivered (in spite of leaving a safe space). This was a fault of the courier service, the products were thawed and had to be discarded. I contacted ossa organic expecting a speedy resolution, but they literally gaslighted me and ignored my emails for 2 weeks and then refused to help. Said I was liable for the delivery which is in clear contradiction to the consumers rights act and their own terms which they recited to me. Considering the customer service experience and contempt they had for me, I am quite dubious of any other claims made on their website. There are better alternatives such as boroughbroth, frejafoods and spring broth that I would recommend.

Great service ordered on a Monday parcel arrived on the Wednesday.
I had beef bone broth the flavour is lovely with added salt and pepper is a great drink also had chicken broth which I've not tried yet. Will definitely buy more.

Not worth one star
Absolutely no response whatsoever when asking them health and safety questions about their chicken bone broth even after chasing them up more than once. I would never trust a company like this or ever buy my bone broth from them. Not even worth the one star for the non customer service experience. I’m sure however they’ll suddenly rediscover it in response to this in order to save face as it’s always the case with these people. Don’t believe a word of it.

Ossa Organic products are definitely worth the money.
I’m delighted to have found Ossa Organic products as I’ve been looking for healthy alternatives to items such as collagen, ghee and tallow. I also love the bone broth as it saves a lot of time (we had been making our own). Having it readily available in the freezer means it’s easy to add to any meal at a moments notice.
