Poor customer service
I’ve been using Ossa collagen powder for a couple of years now and love the products and the brand. Unfortunately on this occasion, I placed an order of some products that never reached me. Royal Mail informed me the delivery was damaged and they were returning it to the sender. Ossa would not send me replacement goods without receiving the items back from Royal Mail. It’s now over two weeks and they still apparently haven’t got them back. I requested a refund to purchase products elsewhere but they have still charged me shipping and I never even set eyes on the package. Fair enough if I had received the package but I didn’t. Royal Mail said the box was like mush and the contents was like slime. I understand that would be an issue due to the courier but that should be dealt with through them not through any fault of mine and having the expense of shipping for something I never received and now have to find an alternative brand which I’m pretty gutted about due to liking this brand and its ethos.

Hi Faye, Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by your recent order. The only update we have received from Royal Mail is that the parcel was refused for delivery. There was no mention of any damage. This is why we are still waiting for the parcel to be returned to us so we can assess it further and investigate with the courier.
Normally, refunds are processed once the item has been returned, but in this case, we have already issued you a full refund, including shipping, as a gesture of goodwill. We truly appreciate your patience and support, and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Vegetable Broth is Spicy but not labelled as such
Customers be aware the Frozen Vegetable Broth is actually quite spicy. Similar to a Tom yum or other hot Thai broths. If that's your thing, then go for it, I'd say its incorrectly labelled though, as there's no indication on the front that its spiced, and the ingredients mention a tiny amount Mild Chilli (0.06%), but the flavour is not suited to more subtle flavoured dishes.
Reached out to customer service but they only offered out a 10% off voucher for my next order. Same discount as subscribing so not good enough for a dissatisfactory experience in my mind.

The Gelatine is so easy to use
The Gelatine is so easy to use, dissolves beautifully and is so reasonable. I have a scoop daily in my coffee and it really helps with satiety.

Incredible products, easy to incorporate in daily life
I started with the gelatine and was so impressed I think repurchased & tried the collagen too. Those were recommended by my naturopath, who specifically said Ossa is the best on the market in the uk. I didn't shop around but I'd agree - both products are fantastic and so easy to use. I use gelatine to make gummies for my family (I became addicted to haribos in my third trimestre so these are a welcome swap 😅) and in porridge for my 5yo. I add collagen to pretty much everything from my morning hot water, electrolytes and lemon to my coffee/teas, miso soups. I can really feel a difference and hoping it will make post partum much easier this time around!

Unauthorised Payment Taken — Duplicate Product Added Without Consent — BUYER BEWARE
This is not a review of the product — it hasn’t even been used yet. However, regardless of its quality, we will never order from this company again due to their extremely questionable payment practices.
At the end of the checkout — after our payment was already completed — a “Have you considered this?” pop-up appeared, and a duplicate of the same product we had already purchased (worth £30) was added to our order without our consent. A second, unauthorised payment was then taken from our account.
Clearly, this is a deliberate design to mislead customers into duplicate purchases.
We contacted the company immediately (within minutes of the order confirmation arriving) to highlight this unauthorised transaction.
Their response? While apologetic in tone, it was entirely dismissive in action. Responding at 9:15am the following morning, effectively only hours after placing the order the night before, we were told the order had already been dispatched and “nothing could be done” — despite us raising this late at night, well before their warehouse could reasonably have processed or shipped the order.
We were then insultingly offered 10% off a future purchase — meaning we’d have to spend £300+ just to recover the £30 that was wrongly taken from us.
No matter how good the product might be, we will never trust this company again and will warn others. Be extremely cautious — their checkout flow is deceptive, their handling of unauthorised payments is unacceptable, and their customer service is poor.

It’s possible that an extra item was accidentally selected during this process.
Regarding your order, our customer service team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday), and our dispatch window begins as early as 8:00 AM. Orders placed the previous evening are typically processed and dispatched the following morning between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. In your case, the order was likely already packed and queued for dispatch by the time we received your message in the morning.

So I’ve been ordering collagen for a while now for Ossa, deliveries always arrive in perfect condition, excellently packaged & on time. As a consequence I went into order a selection pack of bone broths, Ghee & Tallow. The box arrived with missing contents - I reached out to Ossa within minutes of receiving the batch this morning, I was assured someone would deal with the issue but no one has come back to me.
With a premium product you expect premium service. I’m so very disappointed that not only are the items I’ve paid for missing but that the promised response has NOT been in a timely manner. I’m now in limbo as to what to do with the fresh products I’ve received & the packaging?!
I wish I’d of referred for Trustpilot prior to placing my order.

INCORRECT BONE BROTH CONTENT DISPLAYED ON JAR LABELS AND WEBSITE PHOTOS TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY!!
After querying discrepancies today the Company have confirmed that their bone broth labels are wrong and need to be updated. The bone percentages are actually half (in some cases) what they currently have displayed on jars and on the photos on their website. Makes you wonder what else they have incorrectly labelled / advertised. All trust lost with this company, Also lost out on 15% off offer and only got 10% because a new customer code overrode the 15% website sale offer. Contacted company about both issues. In particular, being misled into buying lesser quality products. All I got was an apology. Disgusting

Excellent products!
My (somewhat spoilt!) dog and I absolutely love the bone broth and I love that it thickens into a jelly once opened and placed in the fridge, showing how much goodness is in there!
I make broth smoothies and they get super frothy with the collagen in the broth!
(I add salt, lemon, cayenne, turmeric, ginger & honey, tastes DIVINE, and great for the gut!!).
I'm going to try their ghee now, after seeing the reviews! :)

High quality beef and chicken broth
I have been consuming Ossa organic beef and chicken bone broth for around 2 years. I find the flavours delicious, rich and well balanced. Some times I take it on its own or as a base for my soups.
