can’t ship to US but neglected to tell me that for four weeks
I had emailed them 3×3 weeks later after I hadn’t received my product just to find out that they couldn’t ship it to the United States. Why did they even offer shipping to the United States? They want me to upgrade my shipping ha ha I want them to pay for my upgraded shipping or cancel and refund all my money as soon as possible and take it off the United States since you can’t even freaking send it there.

It's such a unique gift idea that people actually remember and appreciate. The quality is excellent - everything arrives beautifully packaged and looks really professional. You can tell they put care into what they do.
The customer support was helpful too. You might need to wait a bit for responses, but when they get back to you they're thorough and actually helpful, which I appreciate.
The fact that I came back for a second order says it all. If you're looking for a meaningful gift that stands out from the usual stuff, I definitely recommend OSR.org. Five stars!

Attenzione!
Pacco ordinato il 18/08 e spedito il giorno stesso, tramite il link di tracciamento non risultava neanche in transito, contatto il servizio clienti, che rispondono(dopo una vita) dicendo che dovrebbe arrivare la settimana del 25/08( sul loro sito c’è scritto dai 3 ai 5 giorni lavorativi per la consegna). Il pacco non arriva (era un regalo per il 27). Contatto nuovamente il servizio clienti e mi rispondono dicendo che lo avrebbero spedito con UPS con una spedizione molto costosa e che avrebbero pagato loro, il pacco sarebbe arrivato in 24/48, quindi potevo ancora riuscire ad essere in tempo per la data, ma il servizio clienti mi ha risposto dicendo che dovevo mettere una recensione positiva, ho risposto che avrei messo la recensione senza problemi dopo aver ricevuto il pacco, mi rispondono il giorno dopo a pranzo che ancora non avevano spedito nulla (e ormai non ero più in tempo a consegnare il regalo) perché prima volevano la mia recensione positiva, e dopo che l’averla ricevuta avrebbero spedito il pacco. *Un ricatto vero e proprio*, recensione messa positiva per disperazione(ovviamente ora dopo aver ricevuto il pacchetto 01/09 la sto modificando.) peccato davvero.

I ordered the physical package. I got it on time and it looked awesome. I was very happy with the product. I did make a error in the name and the type of star however, and i was afraid I couldnt change it anymore. On e-mailing the company, they responded immediately and assured me that they would change the name and the star and send a new package. I am VERY happy with their costumer service. I would highly recommend!
