Great orthodontists, rude receptionist

The orthodontists and nurse practitioners at Bromsgrove are fabulous, they explain things really well and are really friendly and you feel valued as a customer. Unfortunately the elderly SA female receptionist lets them down badly. She is extremely rude and speaks to you as if you’re an idiot. I feel some customer service training would benefit - as you’re never too old for additional training.

What an absolutely delightful team of…

What an absolutely delightful team of people! From receptionists to dental assistants and Orthodontists themselves. My daughter who was very nervous attended Orthodontics For You (Solihull) on 11/06/24 after being referred by our dentist for advice on treatment. Dr Mark Forty was amazing and made her feel 10ft tall during the consultation with his wonderful patient manner. We received an honest, transparent opinion for the best treatment plan for my daughter and I felt so reassured after the visit. Huge thank you to Dr Mark Forty and the team :)

Poor reception Staff

Like Anthony below, I had a similar experience. I tried to contact them to book braces privately I may add. Nobody answered, So I left a voicemail and nobody got back to me. Tried them again a day later and nobody has got back to me still.

Othodontics For You (Bromsgrove)

Bromsgrove clinic.
Phoned mid-morning and had to leave a message on their answering machine, contact details given. No reply by mid-afternoon so called again, this time spoke with receptionist. Discussed my case and again gave my contact details, was advised I would receive a call in a few days to arrange an consultation appointment. After not receiving any return call for a week I called them again. They had no records of my contact. Was offered an an appointment in over 4 weeks, or alternatively earlier at another branch further way. Advised them I would be looking elsewhere. Next day I received a call from their other branch. Looking elsewhere.
