Je suis venu en urgence pour une douleur et j’ai pu être pris en charge le jour même. Du début à la fin, tout s’est très bien passé. La clinique est moderne, très belle et toute l’équipe est professionnelle, accueillante et à l’écoute. Les tarifs sont également très compétitifs pour une clinique privée. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Approx a month ago I booked and paid for a £35 new patient checkup included a panoramic x ray..... in their reply email they asked if I wanted a copy, which I replied yes. I have an email trail as proof.
When I arrived at the practice they then informed me that if I wanted a copy of the xray, they wanted another £65!! I walked out in disgust without having the check up!
They deliberately concealed this charge and chose not to inform me of this in their correspondence....they waited until I was at the clinic, which I think is very dishonourable and deceitful.
I am 70 years old and had made a long journey on public transport on a particularly hot day to get to the clinic but they couldn't care less!
I requested a refund and asked them to realise that they should have informed me of this additional charge when I confirmed I needed a copy of the xray when I booked......but again they couldn't care less!
I would advise any prospective patients not to use this practice as all they care about is taking your money...in my case unfairly!
As a footnote I went to another Dental practice and have just completed my treatment. It was fairly comprehensive and cost just under £5500.....Deansgate Dental would have got this money if they hadn't been so unreasonable......something they might consider next time they want to rip off a patient.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your visit did not meet your expectations.
To clarify: our £35 new patient examination includes any clinically necessary X-rays taken for diagnosis and treatment purposes. A separate charge applies only when a patient requests a copy of their x-rays to take away, which reflects the work involved in administration and operational costs.
The above shouldn't come as a surprise, seeing that all fees are transparently listed on our website - on the 'Private Fees' page.
This charge was not concealed; it is clearly stated in the consent form provided and which you signed beforehand.
We're sorry you chose to leave before your examination, which remained available to you on the day. As the appointment was ready to proceed, a refund was found not to be applicable.

Just got my implant fully fitted with a crown and I can't see any difference between my own teeth and the one implanted. It all fits beautifully. I also used whitening kit to make sure similar shade of the implanted tooth and my own, and it does not look like a fake extreme white. So overall fantastic effect. Very nice and helpful staff. I'm satisfied with an effect 100%.
I have been too this dentist twice now. Once has been for a routine checkup and the other for a filling. The practice was extremely welcoming on both occasions. The main point I would like to make is this dentistry genuinely cares about the heath of your teeth. It’s nice to see people who actually have a passion for their work. I will definitely continue coming here and I recommend if you are reading this you do the same! (Looks like I am the first to review them on Trustpilot, be sure to check out their amazing reviews on google if your sceptical)
