Please stay away from this company do not buy anything. This year they are going to try the same thing they did to me 2 years ago. They have massive 30%-50% off black Friday they’ll take your money and run with it you’ll then call them ask them what’s up with your order they’ll use the lame excuse everything is in back order and it’ll be a long back and forth emailing between the two of you. I used to be a faithful customer I loved their products good quality, good boots, good clothing but I don’t know what happened the owner must’ve sold the company or something because they have nobody to officially help you. The only form of communication is through email and that takes them for ever to answer and the phone number they have on file a machine picks up telling you to call throughout business hours and when you do it never works. Please save yourself the hardship. I been and still dealing with ways to bring this company to litigation. Also if you are thinking or planning on purchasing from this company be smart and do it through credit card don’t do it through debit card, at least with the credit card companies you’ll get your money back, they will still run with your money and the only one that losses is your credit card companies which honestly sucks. Just stay away from this company. I also have emails from Oct - Nov 2022 of my purchases I would be willing to share with anyone so they can see I am not exaggerating. It’s been an awful 2 years dealing with this and I wish I would have never fallen for that Black Friday sale marketing.

It's been a little over a year and I still haven't received my flannel shirt. Customer service is non-existent so don't bother getting your money back. Hopefully you read this review along with the hundred other reviews on this page to know not to make the same mistake we did. This company is a legitimate scam and I would be genuinely surprised if they are actively fulfilling 1% of orders received.

been a year since they keep saying we will get your products in couple weeks. the product is in stock yet they haven't shipped it. followed up multiple times. the official phone number isnt working. terrible !

They are THIEVES !!! I bought 2 pairs of jeans and they never sent them to me. Its been 3 months since I made a purchase, I wrote them multiple emails to all email adresses available on their website with zero respond other then automatic emails. Lately they also switched their phone off !!

I have ordered a pair of boots in November 2023, and it's been a year but never shipped my order. Now they close the customer's support phone line. I emailed them at least 10 times and every time they said that the boots will be restock soon. This is ridiculous.

6 months later.. still haven’t received an order for 3 t shirts

I have absolutely no idea what happened with this company. I bought from them plenty times throughout the years and never had issues. Suddenly, everything is going downhill. I bought some shorts a couple months ago which got delivered, but it was the wrong size so I returned them and ordered a new size which has yet to come. It has been 2 months. I’ve been speaking with support, who barely answers and all they say is “we’ve escalated this to our warehouse” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN WHEN IT STILL TAKES FOREVER TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I still haven’t received my product and they will not be receiving anymore business from me. I dont know what happened to this place and its sad because they have good products and used to be one of my favorite shops to order from.

Poor!! it’s been over 2 and half months since I haven’t received my package that I had order and I wanted to cancel my order and I ask for my refund back I haven’t heard back from yall yet…

I ordered some andean cornu seeds to be delivered to my clientscaddress. I got an email saying they couldnt be delivered. They never contacted me again. I paid £15 for nothing. Shambolic. I want his money back.

You will never receive your order and customer support is nonexistent. If you ordered do a chargeback immediately.

I’m still waiting for my money. It has been 9 months! They keep saying the billing department is going to reach out. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. At this point we should all come together and file a lawsuit against them. This is ridiculous.

Purchased boots for $500
They keep emailing me next month, next month, next month and I purchased them for. Wedding gift and this is very disappointing.

So I bought a pair of boots from them and just like every other review here, nada. They will take forever to contact you, and if they DO decide to contact you, they'll be completely dodgy, try to offer you something else, it's all ridiculous and it's the most obvious scam out there. (Ever notice their Instagram has literally zero comments and the ones you find are asking about their order?)

I consider myself lucky, because since I was doing a Pay-in-4, I was able to cancel my order and get a refund through a 3rd party rather than deal with them. If you absolutely MUST order from them. DO A PAY IN FOUR.

Or you know, just buy from literally anywhere else.

Stole $240 bucks from me. Purchased on march 24th and now its august 19th and still no order. I emailed and they keep saying its coming thanks for your patience. Then I say just give me a refund and they ignore me and act as though I didnt ask for a refund. Now they just stopped responding..

Ordered a shirt in November of 2023... Not only do I STILL not have this item but they have "assured" me their cancellation team would process a refund. They've been saying that since April 26th of course. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Have bought from Oro multiple times over the last 4-5 years and they have been awesome. I am living in New Zealand and always loved the brand. Contacted via phone when I had an issue previously and they helped me out no problems at all. In July I ordered two pairs of boots and a hoodie and haven't received them. Followed up multiple times via email and their online chat. Have also called 10 - 15 times and had no response at all. Absolutely gutted as I've lost a lot of money and more than anything I'm gutted to not receive what were very cool boots. The 40% off sale has now been going for nearly two months and I wonder how many people have been paying for product and not receiving it. Gutted and a complete rip off. Do not buy from these guys you are literally putting money in this guys pocket. STEALING!!!, should be prosecuted as I'm sure he's stealing thousands a week.......

I've had the worst experience ever with this company!!! If I could give them negative stars I would! I placed an order for a pair of boots back in November 2023 and I still have yet to receive them. The communication with this company was practically none existing up til May of this year and then they completely stopped responding to my emails. I want a refund!! I feel scammed by Oro

ORO LOS ANGELES is a scam company! I ordered a pair or pants and t-shirt on April 29th 2024. I reached out to customer service about my order.. They sent an email telling me they'll ship at the end of May or beginning of June. We're already in July and nothing has shipped. I regret not reading the reviews on this company. Never again... I don't think myself and the others will receive our product or refund. Terrible company, don't buy from this company!!! Read the reviews before you buy.

Terrible customer service. Flat out stole from me. It took over 8 months to get an order shipped. They promised to refund me the difference because I purchased at full price and after I canceled, the item was on sale. They asked if I still wanted the item (after they realized they NEVER refunded my original purchase) but never refunded the difference from the full price to the sale price. Now they won’t even reply to support emails. Disgraceful fraudster. Kevin the founder is a crook.
