Horribly unethical. Bought and $600+ python boots. Have sent over 100 emails. Talk to multiple customer service reps all claiming to not be able to communicate with billing. I have returned the boots and have yet to receive any money back. They now simply ignore my emails. This company needs to be taken out of business.

I've been shopping with ORO for years. Have numerous jeans and their boots are fantastic. Last year I ordered boots for a wedding. I had to send them back. No refund offered but a store credit. Now we are almost a year into this. I've tried to order a replacement pair of boots.Every time I email them I get the same BS response. They are no help. Either refund my $ that you've had for almost a year or send me the boots. Customer service is pure trash. Thinking about getting together a class action lawsuit!

4 months since purchase. Nothing shipped. Keep getting emails once a months saying my case is being escalated. Yet they're still taking peoples money. Essentially running a scam. A scam worthy of a class action lawsuit, that was just filed.

Do not buy anything from this website. It’s been 11 months since I bought a pair of boots. Never got delivered, and did not refund my money. i have screenshots for proof, and they stopped responding to my emails long ago.

Ordered two pairs of boots, received one. Unfortunately they kept telling me it was back ordered, that they were waiting on the production warehouse to ship them out, and I have missed all possible dispute time frames. So I’m out the money and never received the boots, they don’t respond to emails. I once managed to reach someone and they told me they would send me something different and then never responded…

My date of experience is November of 2023 but it will not let me date back that far but I have been waiting one year and 3 months for a pair of boots that were in stock, I also paid for expedited shipping. I received the jeans I purchased a year after. They will not respond to my questions but send a response via email that is a generic as it gets with "Regards Andy" stating they are getting with the warehouse or they have not replenished stock yet. They are thieves and will scam you so DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

Can someone from Oro Los Angeles please help me understand why they keep sending us sell promotions and taking our money and yet they have not send what I ordered 2 months ago? Why are these people still in business? I would appreciate it if they put a disclaimer on their website before they mislead customers like me on their shipping timeframes . Granted their shoes are not cheap people like me spend a couple of hundred dollars to buy products they never ship. Their phone number is disconnected and if you email them you get a generic response. PLEASE IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE AND YOU ARE READING THIS . PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING IF YOU NEED YOUR PRODUCTS IN THIS LIFETIME.

Oro is back to posting fake 5-star reviews. This company is now a complete scam and is being investigated by the Attorney General’s Office of California. Check the Better Business Bureau site for further info on Oro’s fraud.

Update: it has been 1 year now and still a lack of response from them on either sending out my boots or getting a refund

I own two pairs of boots from Oro and they are great. I ordered my third pair and currently waiting for 6 months now and still being strung along with waiting on warehouse updates etc.

I used to rate them highly for the quality and customer service but now they’ve just gone downhill.

I'm thoroughly impressed with my recent purchase. From the moment I placed my order, the entire experience was seamless. The website made it easy to choose from a wide selection of high-end footwear and accessories. The quality of the products I received exceeded my expectations. The boots are beautifully crafted and feels luxurious.

Liars and scum. 6 months and they wont return my money.

It’s been over a year, probably close to 2 years now and I never received a refund for the 2 hoodies that I paid for and never received. I completely forgot about it until it came mind last night

Ordered boots over a year ago. Have been communicating with customer service who have strung me along by telling me the boots with ship next month. Then time arrives, oh the next month. Always supplier issues. I have been a customer in the past and love the boots but something has clearly happened with either the company or suppliers. Unfortunately you will never receive your items. It is unethical and unacceptable to continue to take orders. Don’t lose your money

Where’s my order?! I stupidly ignored the reviews and gave them another try as I’d be covered by my card provider. Silly me, no response to my emails, I’ll likely have to issue a chargeback now.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I bought 2 pair of jeans 15 months ago… one pair showed up 6 months later and the other still yet to arrive… multiple emails exchanged and the customer service run around. Someone should buy this company / hire their design team and show them how to run a business… great design and quality but garbage operationally…

Do NOT BUY. I ordered a pair of Chelsea Boots that never arrived. I contacted support multiple times about the eta of the product and was always ghosted. Eventually I called them and their support line discontinued most likely due to many others with same issues. I know I am not the only customer who was scammed and had to file a dispute on my CC to get my money back, just check the other reviews and you will see the same issues again and again. Long story short don't waist your money because you will not receive this product like I did most likely/

This company is a scam, boots were purchased in December of 2023 and still have not received them. Save your money, don’t buy anything from them.

Looks like I had the same experience as everyone else. This company advertises a massive discount for the holidays in order to get you to convert a sale. Zero tracking information follow up and no response via email inquiries when I reached out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please stay away from this company do not buy anything. This year they are going to try the same thing they did to me 2 years ago. They have massive 30%-50% off black Friday they’ll take your money and run with it you’ll then call them ask them what’s up with your order they’ll use the lame excuse everything is in back order and it’ll be a long back and forth emailing between the two of you. I used to be a faithful customer I loved their products good quality, good boots, good clothing but I don’t know what happened the owner must’ve sold the company or something because they have nobody to officially help you. The only form of communication is through email and that takes them for ever to answer and the phone number they have on file a machine picks up telling you to call throughout business hours and when you do it never works. Please save yourself the hardship. I been and still dealing with ways to bring this company to litigation. Also if you are thinking or planning on purchasing from this company be smart and do it through credit card don’t do it through debit card, at least with the credit card companies you’ll get your money back, they will still run with your money and the only one that losses is your credit card companies which honestly sucks. Just stay away from this company. I also have emails from Oct - Nov 2022 of my purchases I would be willing to share with anyone so they can see I am not exaggerating. It’s been an awful 2 years dealing with this and I wish I would have never fallen for that Black Friday sale marketing.

It's been a little over a year and I still haven't received my flannel shirt. Customer service is non-existent so don't bother getting your money back. Hopefully you read this review along with the hundred other reviews on this page to know not to make the same mistake we did. This company is a legitimate scam and I would be genuinely surprised if they are actively fulfilling 1% of orders received.
