Just had Russel come by for our six month inspection. I can't say enough about how professional these employees at Onq are. They are very polite and get the job done. Thank all you guys at Onq keep up the good work.

I’ve been a tenant for 8 months we have a pigeon infestation when I moved in they have yet to fix or address, many maintenance work orders ignored, bird feces outside my door I pay 2300 a month to live in a infested unit in Scottsdale and nothing has been done. They care only about landlord not the tenants be ware, you have been warned.

Forestor in On Q Property Management is extremely helpful on setting of the onboarding process of my property. He was clear to explain things and quick to help in any matter that came across.
