Its unfortunate that I have to give a bad review but the customer service that I have been provided is terrible. I have purchased two tickets for a Liverpool game in April 2020. After buying them I realised that a seat number had not been designated. So to be sure that I got the best seat possible within my budget I decided that I would like to upgrade to a different section. I emailed them to ask for an upgrade (and obviously paying the difference) to which I got a reply that they had sent my request to the department in charge and would keep me updated. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I still had not heard anything back after 1 week so I emailed them again to which I got no reply. So a few days later I emailed again, this time I got the same automated response that it was sent to the department in charge. Again another week has passed with no reply.
With the price that we are paying for tickets on this site I would expect better service than this. I could ask for a refund but I would be losing money as I have read that they only provide 65% of the price paid. Even if they provided me a seat number I could then decide if it was worth it to not move. But I am getting no reply at all. Very very poor service.

I paid tickets to a football game in advance. I was guaranteed that the tickets would be delivered to my hotel well in advance of the match. That did not happen and I received huge extra expenses that the company would not reimburse.

Please do not use this company. We have flown to Amsterdam, paid for accommodation and got an email 4 hrs before kick off that they have cancelled our tickets. No explanation or apology. I now have to explain to my 13 yr old son he will not be getting his birthday present thanks to this scamming company..I will not hold my breathe for our £1000 refund anytime soon. Disgusted and mortified that these people get away with this!

Ordered 3 tickets for an Arsenal home game. Communications with the company’s delivery team were answered promptly, tickets arrived 3 days before the game, instructions were clear, and the seats were good. Absolutely no issues, I would use them again.
