Terrible company. I bought a ticket last season off them. They promised me the ticket was for the Away section. I received an email ticket which was in the home section. I did not use it. Requested a refund and they have refused to refund me. I have now taken them to court and judgement was made in my favour and I am now going to enforce it. Expect a knock on your office door in the near future.

Like many others i bought tickets for Champions League final (9800 euros). Traveloled to Spain from Scotland. Expensive hotel and flights with my 10 year old grandson. on the morning of the game (despite giving my 100% guarantee that the tickets would arrive) i got an email saying they were cancelled and now more than 3 months later no sign of the promised refund. These guys should be shut down permanantly and like other people i am going to press them as hard as a i can through legal means. It is no longer about the money is is about having them face up to their deception. DONT EVER USE THESE GUYS ...YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED

Eine miese Abzocke. Wollte mir 4 Juve Karten für Feb 2020 kaufen.Erstens konnte ich nie anklicken welche Karten ICH wollte, sondern es wurden immer Single Karten gegeben. Nun gut es wurde Hilfe angeboten ich hab meinne gewünschten Karten anklicken können. Als es zu Zahlung kam gab ich meine Kreditkarten Nr. an. Plötzlich wurde unterbrochen. Das Geschäft konnte nicht zu Ende gebracht werden aufgrund meiner Kreditkarte. Es wurde abgebrochen. Geneervt´bestellte ich dummerweise, da es ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Mann sollte, bei einen anderen Anbieter wieder 4 Karten für ein anderes Spiel. Ich bekam keine Betättigungs Mail von Online Ticket express, aber am nächsten Tag sah ich das die Summe von € 407 doch an Online Ticket Express überwiesen wurde. Nun hab ich 8 Karten für 2 vrschied. Spiele. Online Ticket wies jede Schuld von sich und meinte ich kann nicht stornieren. Hab zwar gelesen in den Geschäftbedingungen das man schriftl einen Antrag auf Storno machen kann. Aber es gibt keinerlei Hinweise auf eine Adresse. Mails werden dürfig od. gar nicht beantwortet. Nie wieder ONLINE TICKET EXPRESS

Got 2 tickets for Liverpool vs Arsenal on 24th of August,based on very bad reviews I thought my money were gone forever but surprise!
I did received them 3 days before the event and I was very happy,they did exactly as they promised,I did returned the tickets as per require thru the post in that prepaid envelope,and that's all.
Thanks a lot for not letting me down guys!

I purchased 4 tickets which cost me 2,400 euro fir private box, but i received regular ticket which worth 300 Euro. Stay out!!!!

SCAM WEBSITE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I am really annoyed and frustrated with this crowd. I bought very costly match tickets over 2 months ago, for a match 7 weeks ago - The day before the match, after traveling internationally, they emailed to say that transaction had been cancelled due to security concerns. They either never had the tickets or what they did have they kept reselling for higher prices. Over 2 months later and I still have not got my money back. I was a fool to try buy through them in the first place - if you see this please take my advice and do not buy.

I don’t usually like to write a review. I own a business and don’t like when people are complaining unreasonable. But what I have experience thanks to onlineticketexpress.com made me write one.
So here we go. Liverpool is on the final.
Didn’t think much about it. Wanted to see the game with my 9 year old boy. I bought the tickets from onlineticketexpress.com without reading any reviews ( totally my fault) booked the hotel and flights and we checked in at B& B hotels in Madrid at 9.00 am on May 30. We came all the way from Canada( which now I understand is not too far since I read that some people came from Australia). Hotel was informed that I am expecting a package delivered to their reception. They said that the package will be accepted if arrives. On May 31 I received an email saying that due to security reasons my order is canceled and I will received a full refund within 30 working days. I send an email to security department to ask what they mean. No answer. I emailed costumer service but they answer me that risk department has requested this order to be canceled. I called the only number that i could find for onlineticketexpress and waited 45 min on hold just to hear that I am talking to sales department and they have nothing to do with security department and the representative hang up the phone.
Obviously I got nowhere with trying to reach them.
Its July 19 today and surprisingly - NO REFUND YET.I made a complaint to my Visa card and hope that they will resolved the issue. I don't know why Visa is still working with company like that. I lost 10000$ CAD for hotel, flight and accommodations. But this is not what made me write the review. It was the disappointment and the tears in my son’s eyes. I will never forget his reaction and pain. This company destroyed his dream.I will never forget the devastation that he had by trying to explain to his friends that we didn't get the tickets.
On top of it there was no big screen tv that show the game on any of the big plazas ( shame on you UEFA and Spain). We were walking from bar to bar and everyone were sending us away as no kids allowed or their place is full. Thanks to a small casino and his manager we were able to watch the game.God bless that guy. He risked a lot by having my son in there.
So I curse every employee of that company and the owners to have a destroyed family, and to never see their kids happy so they can experience the devastation of a little 9 year old boy who was told that there is no tickets for his dream game after flying to a different country hoping to see the game.
I am ashamed from the governments in Europe that are allowing thieves like that to operate and make money. Curse for you as well.
At the end I will say that if there is a counsel who was tricked by that company and wants to file a lawsuit I will be more than happy to attend and provide documentation. I am currently exploring options as of how I can file a lawsuit as well.
My advice to all the costumers is: please don’t get yourself into the trap that I got myself into.

Their entire business is a scam. We bought 5 tickets for 4,900 Euros each for the Champion League final. 5 of us traveled from Australia to Madrid for this event. The day before the match, they cancel the tickets by e-mail. We have still not received one cent back. They are a disgraceful business and the sooner they shut down, the better.

Sorry to hear that someone didn’t get the tickets. For me it was a bit stressful and expensive way to buy them (Got them for 3x price 12 hours before the event and after reading all the reviews here), but it’s just their rules and I accepted that. At least it worked for me in the end

My CL final ticket is cancelled without any notice.
The cancellation reason was a kind of security payment issue. Unbelivable XXX reason.
We should sue the company all together.
My time and money have gone.
And there is no reply on my compensation request..
Is here any one who works in law?

Scamming horrible / unprofessional company that needs to be STOPPED and SHUT down immediately!!

My Dad and a friend purchased extremely expensive tickets from this site two weeks before the championship league game and money was successfully (they checked with the bank) and they got s confirmation email. So because they knew they had tickets they purchased flights PERTH to MADRID and accomodation all very expensive and only purchased because ticket were promised!!!

On the day after spending so much money, my dad and his friend were so excited and arrived at the pick up place that had been arranged to them be told by a very small and unprofessional email ‘tickets canceled due to security reasons’ and that’s all!! That’s all the email said!! There were no security reasons they just took the money and had no intention of delivering tickets!!

They said a refund will be made in 30 days!! When they have already had the money for two weeks!! No compensation for all the money spent to get there! What a horrible/ unprofessional excuse for a company!!

Let’s hope they get shut down and fined big 🤞🏼🙌🏻

My experience with CL final tickets is consistent with the majority of recent posts. I ordered 5 x Cat 1 tickets from Online Ticket Express at Euro 4,990 per ticket and the approx Euro 25,000 was accordingly debited from my credit card on 10th May. My wife and I were travelling from Australia to Madrid and my brother and nephew from the UK and my cousin from Germany (all tragic red fans I'm afraid!).
I received and replied to the usual emails on delivery instructions (I have a friend in Madrid) and various emails requesting copies of the card used for payment and passport details etc. Between the time that I made payment and leaving Australia I noticed that they were continuing to advertise the same tickets that I had purchased at prices that went up a bit every day to levels that were eventually more than double what I paid. This looked fairly suspicious so before leaving for Madrid I attempted to contact them by both phone and email multiple times requesting confirmation that my tickets would be delivered. I received no replies to the emails and on the one occasion I managed to get through on the phone the person promised to get back to me but didn't.
We traveled to Madrid and on arrival received an email to say that the order had been cancelled for no specific reason. We ended up watching the game on TV in a restaurant in Madrid (a great result and good to share the moment with my family but not what we were hoping for having traveled 12,000 miles). Obviously there is a risk in using these secondary ticketing websites and everyone knows that they sometimes don't deliver but what is really annoying is that they clearly had no intention of delivering well before we left Australia and they could have let us know. Moreover it is now 7 days since they cancelled the order and I have yet to receive any refund on my credit card. This is also inexcusable. If anyone is aware in which country Online Ticket Express is registered and operates out of I would be interested to know as I'm considering getting my lawyers involved to recover the payment and possibly claim other costs incurred which could have been avoided if they had the decency to respond to my emails and calls.

To the person who actually got tickets to the Champions League from these scam artists - you are a very lucking man!! Tickets for the worst seats in the house were going for as much as US$14,000 each on the day.

I flew in from the US with my 9 year old. Never got our tickets, was on hold on the phone for 2 hours and never got an answer, voicemail was full so I couldnt leave a message. Eventually on Tuesday, 3 days after the match, I got a cancellation notice.

It is obvious what these guys do - they take your money in the hope they can get tickets cheaper than what you paid and if they cant they just leave you hanging no matter where you come from or how much it takes/costs to get there. For the person who paid 6,000 Euros you were lucky. Obviously my 4,500 Euros was not enough to get a ticket.

They should be closed down and I am happy to help anyone who wants to do it.

Onlineticketexpress.com is a SCAM WEBSITE!

We bought 2 tickets for the UEFA Champions League in Madrid a month ago for over 6000 Euros each. The day before we fly, we are asked to scan them a copy of the credit card and a copy of our passport (no reason given why). Then when we arrive a day before the match, we are asked to scan another document confirming the address of the hotel and delivery will be arranged once they get that scan. No one answers the number given on the website. NOBODY! 6 hours later, we are asked to print and scan another document. This time, they tell us that the category that we booked the tickets for is full and we have to be downgraded. They will refund us 150 Euros per ticket (for a ticket we later realised is 3000 Euros cheaper than what we paid for!!) - and they want us to sign that we are ok with the downgrade and won't claim for a full refund. The next morning (the day of the match) at 4am, we get another email asking for yet ANOTHER scan to disclaim any refund from them. By then we had already googled reviews for them and found this site - realising that we have probably been SCAMMED and they also SCAMMED a ton of other people. I threatened them to send me the tickets by 3pm Madrid time (game was at 9pm that night and stadium opens at 6pm) or I WILL SEEK LEGAL MEANS TO GET A BLOODY FULL REFUND OF MY 2 TICKETS AND ALL THE 4 SCANS I HAD SENT BEFORE WILL BE NULL AND VOID AS IT ASSUMES THE DELIVERY OF TICKETS. At 2pm, we get a call that the tickets were getting hand delivered by 3pm. That's when we find out that the tickets are like the cheapest of all the categories and worth 3000 Euros (per ticket) less than what we paid for. And they are going to refund us 150 Euros per ticket. WHAT A BLOODY CON JOB!! Even then, we weren't sure if the tickets were fake or real... Basically, I think this company NEVER had the SUPPLY OF TICKETS to match the DEMAND and the MONEY they collected. They OVERCOMMITTED and then just tell people that due to 'security reasons', their tickets are CANCELLED. And I pretty much bet they never get refunded. I don't understand why a website like that can continue to exist and continue to CON and SCAM innocent fans of their hard earned money. It's disgusting and disgraceful that people like that continue to exist with no conscience of their scam jobs! PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. If someone can SUE them, please do it! Never been so frustrated with such unprofessionalism and bad service from an online ticket website.

We purchased 4 tickets to the UCL Finals in Madrid at 2,200 Euros (each) weeks ago!
The email chain with onlineticketexpress confirmed several times the purchase was successful and that our tickets would be delivered to our hotel in Madrid 48 hours before the game but four Days before the game, we get an email casually informing us the tickets were cancelled for some bogus security reasons. Its absolutely outrageous! They have no empathy, no understanding about the beauty of the game and what we “THE FANS” go through mentally, emotionally and financially to make it to these events. I traveled all the way from Hong Kong and ended up watching my team “Liverpool” become champions of an historic sporting event on a flat-screen TV in a Madrid restaurant.
I need legal advice and want to go after these scum.

I really don’t know how this scammers are operating! And why trustpilot allows them to use a good rating on their website while the rating is shocking! They really need to be sued for what they are selling. We bought a tickets the tickets for the UEFA Quarter Final with them and the day when we arrived in Porto we only found out that this is not the tickets we paid for and not the seats we booked! (At least by what I see here and many ppl didn’t even get their tickets, we got it, but we paid a lot of money for the good seats, so we can enjoy the game. At the end they told us they will refund us 20 Euro per ticket (which is a joke really of what we actually paid) and however this refund still is not send it’s more then a month! I just thing how that’s how they operate and I am sure they are just a bunch of scammer. Their “support” team is based in Barcelona and they absolutely useless and extremely rude! I glad I advise many ppl not to buy the tickets for the final with the final from them, yet I see there are ppl who still bought it just like we did, because they use fake reviews on their website and I lot of people are being scammed by them!

I too was left disappointed by this company for the Eufa Champions League. The cancelled my ticked the day before the game (after I had traveled thousand's of miles) due to some bogus reason. Unsure whether I will ever get refunded.
No customer service - no one to talk to.
