It has been a month since I have paid for my order. There is zero communication from the company on all platforms, landlines, email, Facebook and WhatsApp. You can kids your money goodbye, because this is a scam company

It's been 3 weeks since I've ordered a wheel bearing and I've heard nothing, they don't answer phone calls or WhatsApp, I think this company is just a scam

It's been three weeks since I bought a clutch from them. They keep on promising to send me a waybill or tracking number. I'm still waitjngbjn vain. There this lady called Tracy,she does not answer calls in time. It's a scam shop I agree. Won't recommend people to buy from them.

Onlinecarparts.co.za is a scam don’t buy from them , the only thing you will ever receive from this site is a pdf invoice, as for whatever that you order forget about it. They don't answer calls, they don't reply to emails and whatsapp messages.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! Paid for my parts, can't get a hold of these people!!! They are in my opinion scam artists!!! They STEAL your money, because you NEVER receive your parts!

I don't recommend it to anyone, infact, they should close the store because it's scamming people's money, fraudulent. After paying, the don't send you and email, updates, no nothing. You'll wait for the parts until you realize that you've been scammed. They don't reply to emails and WhatsApp. Be warned.

7 days later, still waiting for my part and can't get hold of anyone. 4 Tel numbers later and nothing. Been scammed.

This company is definately a scam. I ordered a part from them and never received it. It is now more than a month but hear nothing from them. They do not even answer their telephone or e-mails. STAY AWAY!!! you're going to loose money!7

Never ever do not buy from them they are scamer, overpaid by accident struggle to get back refund, been for months now, stay away, that Cilve Naidoo, is a skelm

Stay away , they are a big scam , take your money , part not in stock , refund never comes .

I placed an order (RBYCREVBO) for R1,202.50 on 12th December 2024. After being told the item was sold out, I requested a refund on 20th December. It's now been over a month, and despite calling and emailing, I still haven't received my refund. It seems like they don’t even have a proper accounts team to handle these issues. This company is clearly avoiding giving refunds, and it feels like a scam. I strongly warn people not to buy from them, as they are unlikely to return your money.

Been struggling for two weeks to get my money back for a part their website showed in stock then when i didnt recieve it they had to order from warehouse bla blah blah ...
So i requested refund where they keep refering you to new people new numbers and nothing gets done.
Still no refund two weeks later.

I Bought Thousands of Rands Parts through Nkosi (The sales person) at Online Car Parts for my Nissan Navara, they didnt have the Viscous fan and blade in stock so he requested that I get refunded for it, this was on 4 November 2024, as of today I have emailed them, phoned them, everytime their manager (Naideen) promises me that she will pay it over, but they do NOT do it!! It is now 2 Desember 2024, I WILL NOT Recommend any1 to buy from this company, u will lose money!!! They are a bunch of BullShi****s! My Sales Ref. Code is: NM01, my Refund amount: R3090

I would've said it is the worst customer service I've ever experienced if it existed.

I would recommend not using this company.
I thought I'd give them a second chance and ordered from them again.
Payment made.
They cancelled my order without explanation.
No response from them whatsoever after several tries.

After two months Vanessa sorted my order out.

Ordered a part falsely advertised. They wont refund me the money and quickly put up an ad on the website for the correct part to make it seem like I ordered incorrectly.They will never acknowledge their own mistakes. I can obtain blood from stone easier than dealing with these clowns

28.10.2024 at 10: 37I ordered a part online for my audi as they were R150 cheaper than their nearest competitor on
29.10.2024 . 9:51 I resend them the proof of payment notification. At 15:36 I asked for an update with no response on their whatsapp number.
30.10.2024 at 11:05 I received a message that the part will be delivered and I reveived it at about 11:30. At 11:56 I send them a picture of the part i received and said that it was the wrong part. Control arm left and I wanted control arm right. I also asked Tracy how are we going to resolve the issue. No response for 4 days
4.11.2024 at 9:06 I send tracy a message again asking how we r going to resolve the issue. at !!:20 she responded telling me send me a photo of the invoice and the part I need. That I did immediately but explained that the part is still on the car and I could not take a clear picture. I also explained that it is a simple issue. They send me control arm left and I needed control arm right. I could not see that a sample would help.
5.11.2024 at 7.41 I asked tracy for an update. she could not remember me or what I was talking about. I had to explain everything again. At 15 :47 she send me a message that she said I must bring the part to their premises. I went through all my messages with her and nowhere did she say that, And I told her I never received a message from her to say I must bring the part to their premises.
6.11.2024 I took the part and invoice to their premises and gave it personally to Tracy.
9.11 2024 I enquired again about delivery as I have received nothing yet. At 19:45 Tracy responed that the courier do not work on weekends but I will receive it the monday.
11.11.2024 I spoke to Tracy again and sheassured me the part will be delivered the next day. I was totally fed up and asked to speak to a manager> I spoke to Thandi who said she was the manager and explained everything to her. She assured me that it will be rectified and I will receive my part the next day.
12.11.2024 I spoke to Tracy again who told me the part is lying on her desk and will be delivered today.
13.11.2024 at about 16:00 i called Tracy again who then blamed the dispatch Dept that did not collect the part by her. Spoke to manager again who said they will courier it to me the next day.At 16:32 Tracy also responded that I will receive it the next day
14.11.2024 at around 14:00 I received the part.
In total I waited 14 days for delivery . Used R156 rand in fonecalls to their offices as they let You keep on the line. made 17 calls to their offices just to get my car part.
I am sure some customers may have had a better experience then mine, but mine was a nightmare dealing with broken promises and *********** people. I will never use them again

I ordered a sump they gave me the incorrect one coz there are 3 tipes, they got me a second hand one with a deficit of R800 ,I have been trying to get my deficit back but to no avail wasting your time ,rather get it from someone else the is not respectable company read all reviews

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received during my visit to Online parts in Randburg . As a first-time buyer, I was looking forward to exploring the options for my customers, as I also own a spares shop. Unfortunately, the reception experience was subpar.

The receptionist was engaged in a personal call and completely ignored us, leaving us standing there without assistance. When I tried to get her attention, she dismissively said, "I'll get someone to assist you" but didn't make any effort to expedite the process. It seemed like our presence was an inconvenience.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. It's a pity that Online parts failed to meet my expectations. I hope they will take steps to improve their reception service and ensure that customers receive the attention they deserve.

Pity I cannot put zero stars .I recieved a sensor and after diagnostic revealed thier sensor being faulty they asked me to return it which I did .It's now been over a month since my item was returned to them and still have not received a refund .....I have been transferred from one person to the next and always gets promises of refunds but nothing happens .
Extremely poor service they don't even take my calls now
