Good customer service & price for home quote
I always find renewing my home insurance a nightmare, but Aaron was excellent and made the process painless, I wish I'd just gone to him first as he gave me the best price and cover that I required. I've not had reason to subsequently contact OIS for any insurance related events, but hopefully if I do, the support will be just as good.

No claims equals no customer service!
Have been waiting over two weeks to get my no claims confirmation for my next insurer. I have chased One Insurance frequently, to simply be told that they’re ’working on it’. They are fully aware I will lose my new insurance offer if they take any longer but clearly could not care less.

We do use a customer portal to upload all your documents and store them safely in one place using your personal email.
If you would prefer to have your documents issued and reminders sent in the post this is something we can of course arrange.
