Panier arrivé avec plus d'un mois de…
Panier arrivé avec plus d'un mois de retard j'ai du racheter un panier pour accueillir mon chiot. Aucun geste commercial de la part d'omlet ne m'a été proposé. Le panier fait avec un tissu résistant testé. Mon chiot qui n'est pourtant pas destructeur est parvenu à faire un trou au bout de 2 mois. Le panier acheté en secours qui était pourtant bon marché ( 40 euros) est quand a lui toujours intacte. Tout comme les peluches de naissance de mon chien. La qualité est déplorable au vu des prix pratiqués. Il est impossible de racheter uniquement la housse il faut racheter le panier complet en cas de trou. A fuir.

Je betaalt heeeeeeeel veel en wij hadden hogen verwachtingen we hebben namelijk een stukje hobbelig gras en hadden het kleinen kippenhok gekocht met banden hebben hem nu een jaar en trapje bevestiging is al helemaal kapot (je kan er amper mee rijden als je geen heel recht perceel hebt) verder is het uitmesten wel makkelijk maar nog een minpunt geen duidelijke incructies kortom koop dit alleen als je biljoenair bent anders is het geld NIET WAARD

Het spijt ons om te horen dat u niet helemaal tevreden bent met uw kippenhok op wielen.
Wielen zijn handig om het hok te verplaatsen, maar het hangt echter ook af van het soort terrein dat u heeft. Hoe ruwer/hobbeliger het terrein, hoe moeilijker het zal zijn om het hele hok te verplaatsen.
Als uw ladder beschadigd is, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen, zodat wij u hiervoor een oplossing kunnen aanbieden.

I am really disappointed with the…
I am really disappointed with the customer service. After trying to use a valid 10% discount and free shipping code it was not applied to my basket. After emailing the company I got a reply requesting that I send them a screenshot of my basket and the code I was trying to use. There was no response to this but I received another email from them a few days later saying hope everything was resolved when it wasn't.

Disappointed with the Omlet Cat Tower – Wobbly and Not Worth the Price
I wanted to share my frustration with the Omlet Cat Tower, which has been a big letdown, especially considering its high price tag and the effort required to assemble it. I had high hopes for this product after seeing glowing reviews on social media, but it has fallen far short of expectations.
The main issue is the wobbliness of the tower. The structure feels unstable, which is concerning given it’s meant for pets. I’ve previously purchased £50 tension-fit cat trees from Amazon that didn’t require any drilling and yet felt far more robust and secure. By comparison, Omlet’s premium pricing and promises of quality have left me deeply disappointed.
What’s particularly upsetting is that even after all the time and effort spent assembling the tree, the poles and platforms continue to rotate. The poles are as tight as they can be, but the fact that this issue persists is disheartening. A product at this price point should not require constant adjustments just to feel safe for use.
The customer service advised me to buy ANOTHER pole to attach to the one I've already bought to stop the pole from moving or having a wall brace mounted (which won't stop the woobliness/rotating movement, but it would make it "less worse").
I didn't see any information about this issue on their website, so I felt prompted to share my negative experience so other cat owners don't go through the same frustrating process.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and it’s hard to justify the cost of a product that fails to meet basic expectations for stability and reliability. I hope Omlet takes this feedback seriously to improve their product.

Commande N*1807584 du 22 juin 2024 pour…
Update suite à l’e-mail du service client : je rajoute une étoile car c’était généreux d’offrir une nouvelle housse mais devoir attendre deux mois pour la recevoir et bizarrement après avoir relancer le colis est arrivé en 3 jours contre deux mois d’attente.. je suis tout de même reconnaissante du service client pour le geste commercial mais cela n’enlèvera pas ma déception de la marque.
Commande N*1807584 du 22 juin 2024 pour un panier nid douillet large au prix de 124 euros. Un prix donc conséquent que je me suis permise d’offrir à mes chiens pour un panier qui semblait être de bonne qualité et donc durable. Au bout du premier lavage, même pas 2 ou 3 lavage mais bien un lavage en respectant les consignes de lavage, le panier s’est décoloré à plusieurs endroit. Je suis de bonne foi et je précise qu’il n’y avait à laver que la housse déhoussable dans la machine et que je fais un rinçage de machine à chaque linge différent. Estimant que peut être ai-je fait une erreur j’ai laissé tomber. Aujourd’hui au 4 e lavage en 5 mois donc, c’est la fermeture éclair qui a cassé sans même que je l’a manipule. Mon chien s’est seulement installé dans son coussin et un « boudin » du coussin est parti. Pour 124euros c’est franchement très moyen. Pourtant le concept d’une housse en matière recyclé partait d’une bonne idée écologique et était plaisante. Je suis très déçue et pensait racheter un produit chez eux pour ma famille ce ne sera pas le cas.

I purchased the rabbit run and tunnel. Quick delivery, the instructions were clear. I love the system, which means I can extend the run for the summer, as well as giving my girls full choice of their hutch and the outside.

Walking chicken run aka Pecker Palace
Recently purchased a walk in run for my chickens. They have an Eglu cube. Delivery was good. Instructions were confusing to say the least, 2 people/2 hour build more like 2 people/7 hour build then another 7 hours to complete all the extras, attaching the cube, perches, roof cover etc
Received 11 boxes but you needed to open them all and the instructions weren’t clear as to what order you would need them in.
Husband is an engineer by trade and he struggled so wouldn’t recommend building it with a wife that struggles with knowing her left from right!
Definitely could be divorce material
Now it’s up it’s brilliant the girls love it
Unfortunately Storm Bert ripped the roof cover off but the run is intact, luckily we bought the Omlet screw in ground pegs!

I purchased an auto coop door a few years back which worked for a while but failed due to an error.
Omlet were very understanding of the issues caused by the error and stopped at nothing to immediately resolve the issue and apologise for the outcome. Great customer services - goes a long way to establishing a lot of trust in their brand, and creating a great reputation

Omlet light up cat scratcher
The instructions for this cat scratcher are unnecessarily complicated. Despite having assembled numerous products over the years, including those from Omlet, these instructions were by far the most frustrating to follow. While a video guide is provided, the assembler’s hands frequently block the view, making it difficult to understand the steps.
After much effort, I finally got it assembled, and it has been set up for a couple of weeks now. However, my initial impressions were disappointing—the lights are far less vibrant than the images on the Omlet website suggest.
More importantly, our three cats have shown zero interest in using it. Even after spraying catnip to entice them, they were curious but didn’t engage with the scratcher.
At this point, it feels like I’ve wasted £179.

We are sorry to read that you do not feel completely satisfied with your Switch Scratching Post.
Your feedback regarding the instructions has been passed on to our team in charge of the how-to-build videos, so that they can investigate further in order to improve that aspect.
We understand that the colours on our images can provide a specific idea of the product, therefore we also share other customer's images to offer views of the Switch taken under different lights and various angles. If you feel like the colours of your scratcher don't match any of the pictures present on the product page, please contact us so that we can further investigate and identify if you potentially received a faulty product.
Here are some other tips to entice your cats to use their new scratcher:
- Adjust the light and speed modes to see if some appeal to your cats more than others.
- Cats often scratch where they feel comfortable. Place the scratcher near where your cat spends most of its time, such as by the couch, near a favourite resting spot, or in areas they naturally gravitate to.
- Turn it on after naps, which is when cats are most prone to stretch and play.
- When your cat uses the scratcher, praise them or offer a treat to create positive associations. This will encourage them to continue using it.
- Cats learn by observation. Try scratching the scratcher with your hand or a toy to show your cat how it works. This can spark their curiosity and motivate them to try it themselves.

How on earth can this be right from a carbon footprint perspective and the climate crisis. Come on Omelet find a UK manufacturer, you should be setting an example rather than maximising your profit.

Sustainability is an essential factor for us. Our chicken coops are made from 100% Recyclable UV Stabilised plastic. Moreover, we use fully recycled PET in many of our products and we have been introducing new sustainable textiles for our dog bed range for instance. We currently use virgin materials for the inner parts of the beds. We encourage the recycling of PET bottles through our use of our rPet fabric and we chose Organic Cotton (Gots & OCS), Hemp and Linen which reduces the amount of CO2 going into the environment.
However, we understand that improvements can always be made, therefore we are always looking for ways to introduce more sustainable methods, without compromising the quality and comfort of our products.
