Very helpful, and no pressure
Had a small window whilst in London to view the watch. Couldn't make it to North London so met George in their Mayfair office. Viewed watch but couldn't agree on a price, no pressure sale at all. After sleeping on it I phoned and purchased the watch. George arranged for next day delivery. Seamless transaction, would definitely use again.

Good communication, excellent knowledge
I inquired about a watch for sale on Wednesday. George promptly replied back. The communication about the watch was friendly in nature and knowledgeable in content. We arranged a meeting in their Mayfair office on Friday and I subsequently bought the watch. I would highly recommend OfficialWatches.com, George was a good guy and I felt comfortable and not pressured throughout the whole process.

Great international purchase
I was searching for a limited edition watch and found one at OW. Dino was very responsive to emails, we agreed on a fair price. I was a little reluctant to part with $8500 to a retailer in London when I needed the product shipped to USA, but the reviews were very positive on trust pilot. Once they received my funds the watch was shipped overnight to California...Unbelievable! They helped navigate customs and duty charges as well. Very professional, and great to do business with.

Absolutely Outstanding service
After ordering my watch, and being told that it would be 3-4 weeks coming, My watch arrived 3 weeks after ordering and this made it very difficult for me to get to the shop, So the staff ( George) jumped on a train and delivered it to me at 6.40pm . A service like this is very rare today and I will definitely be using them and recommending them to all my Colleges. A truly 5 star company.

Accomodating and honest
After making contact via chrono24 Dino reacted immediately.He's kindly and helpful. So I was convinced to buy my first watch at Officialwatches. It arrived only two days after I had transferred money. And it is in nearly new condition. I do recommend Dino and Officialwatches to everyone else.
