A truly exceptional transaction throughout. First time purchase on Chrono24 and would highly recommend this vendor. Communication was always fast and paperwork complete. Packaging was the best I have seen and shipping by Fedex overnight was appreciated. A perfect online experience!

Ordered two Rolex watches with George who was great to deal with and got back to me straight away. The watches took a little while to arrive but they were worth the wait...they are beautiful! Their prices won't be beaten and would definitely buy from them again.

Dealt mainly with Michael. Very courteous all the way through. Managed to get brand new Submariner in 2 weeks whereas all Rolex ADs were quoting 6-12 months

Bought a stunning Rolex Daytona Everose from OfficialWatches after much searching and price comparing, and these guys came up with what I wanted at the right and fair price. I chose them because they have established a very good reputation over many years, and you have to trust who you buy your precious watches from.

Had a great end-end customer experience with Michael from Offical Watches who was very helpful throughout the process. Michael communicated with me effectively and in timely manner and did everything to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I picked up a Cartier Santos 100 Carbon in mint condition and at a great price point too. We did the deal over the phone on a Monday and Michael had the watch express shipped to me overseas which arrived the very next day exactly as described. Thank you Michael for an extremely smooth and pain free transaction. I'm very happy with the watch and have no doubt we'll do business again in the near future!
