I sent all proofs with screenshots, finalized all tasks for rewards, two were missing from their end, and they don’t trust that i completed them. I even asked the game support to check from their end if the system shows that i have COMPLETED tasks! They approved it. I send screenshot from chat with game support. NO RESULT.

Same as other reviewers. Suddenly had rewards withheld and support tickets are immediately closed even when provided with the requested proof. Offerwall is a known fraudulent company and though I thought they had improved their practices after their skirmish with the FTC it’s clear they haven’t. I will be reporting them to the FTC for fraud and hope others will as well.

The offerwall is a waste of space in this world. They offer u rewards for doing things and when u do them they refuse to give up what they promise. They make.up an excuse I failed in some way that has never happened. They do this so they dont have to give up your rewards. If some one.was to file a lawsuit on these people let me.knowmill be #1 to sign my name and help.
I recommend no one to ever trust these low life's to honor a damn thing they say.

I've never seen such a poor excuse of a customer service in my entire life, what a joke, offerwall customer service is so unexistant whenever you speaking to the automated messages feels more responsive than the actual "people", all just bots that doesn't even bother to do their actual jobs.

Don't use these people services they will not pay up and say you violated terms even after providing proof and evidence. 0 STARS AlWays and forever a shit service. They owe me 13k gems for my game and won't pay up. Scammers

This company is a complete scam they give you an offer and as soon as you get it or you become close to achieving the highest payout they remove the offer but not for everyone… just for you.. sounds like a scam to me. That facts EA is partnered with them makes it even more laughable. Oh and if you’re gonna try and talk to the customer support it literally sends you on a loop so I wouldn’t even bother because the company is run on bots.

They randomly decide to not credit rewards even when all requirements were met. I raised a ticket and every time got the same copy pasted response of you violated tos but we cant tell you exactly what you did.

Imagine spending money to meet their requirements, then they can just decide not to pay and keep double the money. Crazy fraud going on here.

I wish I could put 0 or a minus score.. Worst company I have ever had any dealings with.. They will waste your time, only offer automated replies, and deny any progress you legitimately earn through their services for no apparent reason

Very unreliable support, support requests keep being denied and the cases keep being closed without reason. Spent real money for rewards that I haven’t received, avoid this scam!

I followed everything to the T, got a few of my rewards, then stopped getting them. I contacted the company to inform them I wasn't getting the rewards promised, they asked me to take screenshots, and upload them, which I did. Then they said I violated there terms of service, with no explanation as to why or what I did, and permanently closed my ticket. I honestly think they don't want to pay out. I've had multiple issues with there surveys and other games literally changing their conditions while playing. Id reach a condition, it would change, reach it again, and again it would change. I took screenshots of that occurrence and gave them the proof of it changing, and they told me I wasn't meeting the requirements. I am honestly sick and tired of these BS games, where you have to pay to win, or to progress, watch 100s of ads, and waste your money just at the end of the day have nothing but wasted time.

Tapjoy - offerwall not rewarding milestones and respond that you violated the services after sending proof and screenshots and wasting time to earn a few cents on your damn mobile phone. Most of the games not tracking at all or stop rewarding after u reach higher milestones.. Beware and just look at their rating, it can tell you a lot of how they deal with people.

Not receive a lot of rewards and when raising a ticket, answered with „ Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services“ without further explanation.. really bad experience

Ein katastrophales Geschäftsgebaren. Mit zugesicherten Auszahlungen und Belohnungen ist nicht zu rechnen. Viele Stunden damit zugebracht und sogar Geld investiert, um mich zu qualifizieren.
Es muss viele Nachweise erbracht werden, um den Anspruch zu belegen. Und dann kam eine Standardmachricht, die mir einen Betrugsversuch unterstellt. Solche Firmen darf man nicht unterstützen. - Finger weg!!!

Small rewards are fine but if you are entitled to something real they just decline. Generic answer, not even a real person answer. Always the same stuff. Don't give you your rewards for some reason.

Similar to the other reviews, Tapjoy does not give rewards even when you have completed the offer and have all the proof with screenshots. They just close the case by a vague comment "violation of service". There is no one in their team who can justify the real cause. They are just lazy and a fraud so they dont make a loss. Best to review the relevant game and advise them so that they can cut off their connection with Tapjoy.

Just today, out of three issues I had tickets on, only one was resolved positively for me and two had exact same, generic and negative responses. I always provide everything, every bit of info asked from me and I never ask for something I didn't earn. So far the rate of received rewards has been around 50% but the rate of troublesome and untimely rewards that require tickets is even worse, it's 80%+.

Total scam, rewards are never rewarded, customer support is a joke.

They don't explain why they refuse to give the rewards and keep closing the ticket so you have to restart all over again, then they don't explain again - all automatic, impossible to speak to a real person. Choose other games instead, this is terrible.

Only giving a 1 star because you can’t leave a 0!! Multiple times having the same problem everyone else is having, not getting rewards for completed offers and customer support is literally a joke. They ask for proof of the purchases and you send everything you’ve got and they still can’t figure it out. I’m definitely not using this crap anymore
