This company needs to get new staff in Morrisons Yeovil the toilets are awful. Toilet rolls left stacked on top on holders with crap stains on them, (infection control!) If toilets are not flushed they just throw blue cleaner over it!? Dried crap on floor in baby changing room been there for a whole morning when cleaners are in? Male cleaners walk straight into women's toilets without checking!

Very unprofessional and bad behaviour from HR department. Not willing to help at all

concerns about management's conduct and professionalism. ISsues such as management not providing correct equipment and uniform. Management concerns regarding fair treatment.
Bullying

Can’t follow their own procedures , treat staff poorly and management including C E O mislead . Management show favouritism and break their own rules .

Worst Company I ever worked for , been taking over by OCS and my holiday I still had to get wasn't been paid as well as I didn't get the pay rise like my co worker as I been told I still earn more as him, those action left a discriminating feeling inside me,so no professional recommendable company

Got offered for a interview but I applied for a few roles with the company as a cleaner so asked what the hours were. Took a day to get a reply and received a email that I wish to withdraw from the position but I clearly didn't even talk to them or select any options like that. I was sent a text message to select a time spot but I couldn't find any information on that. I'm very disappointed with this company.

3 OCS vehicles parked on single lane narrow residential street for hours. Not sure how they think this is acceptable.

Stay far away full of eastern europeans. Worst company i have worked for. Dont even deserve 1 star.

Oh my God, Anthony on the 6 to 6 was incredible, he was so kind, met us from the airplane, took us through passport control easily, helped us with our bags and also told us where to be picked up. After having major surgery he was an absolute god send, and he deserves huge recognition as he is an asset to the company.

I worked at Williams heritage Witney. Didn't work for o.c.s then I worked the exclusive cleaning. o.c.s took over the contract on 26 January 2026 since that day everything went to pot my hour's where cut. Tried calling and messaging area manager names Paul waist of space didn't return calls or messages when he did he was rude and disrespectfull they employed anougher cleaner that had serious mental health issues putting it bluntly the lady was a nut case.o.c.s no respect from management they all full of it.

I worked there for a year. Pay was on time. Staff ok to begin with but mentions your name if moaning at other staff if they didn't do much work. Boss can be nasty as telling you off. At christmas you don't get a thanks for the work you do. Their off mostly on holiday. I handed in my notice but did an extra 2. Weeks as they being nice. Lack of workers.

Worst company to work for Caroline says I am stupid , after I worked so hard , not enough understanding if you got to take time off , regarding children or myself , just wants employees to suffer ,

I must say how much OCS has improved from our last experiences with them.
Our journey going and coming back was perfect and professional

I came through Dublin Airport yesterday Sunday 8th March & had a very painful knee, I approached a OCS driver & he took me to my gate his name was James he was outstanding he couldn’t do enough for me then came back & told me my about my gate change & took me there also, then took my by wheelchair to the gate of the plane, I couldn’t have managed without his help, he was incredible & went above & beyond

Worked at this company for several months as a contracts administrator until I got sacked for not setting up Andrew Clements desk (Manager) explained that's not my job it's ITs job, got sacked on the stop only for Andrew to call me later that day grovelling asking me to come back, clearly aware it was an illegal dismissal. Through lack of better judgement I went back a couple days later for Andrew to lie and state that this never happened. Contacted HR, mad a meeting, explained what had gone on but as Andrew lied to HR and said none of this happened and there was no papertrail there was nothing HR or ACAS could do. Beware on the snake Andrew Clements. Sneaky clown. Do not work for this company as anyone higher than you can do whatever they please to you as HR protect them.

Got told Iwould be put through to an adviser , got left on hold for 1 hour and then the phone line died. An utter waist of time.

Three times I have emailed them over a periodof three weeks, plus an email that BFS customer support sent on my behalf. It's just a simple request for some info regarding my journey and would only take no more than two lines of text in answering. I'm still waiting for the reply.

Horrible customer service you can write thousands email and no answer

There are no complaints email addresses available on the website for said company so I’ll post here in hopes they see it.

I would like to just bring to your attention the shocking manner of driving one of your van drivers had at around 06:15am on the M8 westbound this morning. They thought it would be okay to fly up past my inside lane and then cut me off right before a junction to carry on, on the motorway, had I not been a confident and comfortable driver could have easily caused an accident or at the very least a fair scare to the person behind the wheel, I hope this can be addressed with whomever the driver may be as I don't believe this would be what you expect when someone is driving your vehicles, along side the speeding which I imagine isn't acceptable with your work place because they were at minimum doing 60 in the 40 zone.

I would like to commend the OCS assistant at Dublin airport this morning, Mary Flynn. She was so helpful and friendly and she enabled us to have a relaxed experience through security, duty free purchase and bringing bus to a place fir us to have lunch. Thank you Mary
