Very helpful assistance. Was notified that I could claim back the cost of tradingview's yearly essential package of £129 as collateral to trade with through Oanda. The funds were deposited 2 weeks after initial phone call. I think this is very good promotion that everyone should utilise.

Usually I don’t do reviews but I have to say that open an account with Oanda was very quickly and strait forwarding process.
My account manager Mr. Samuel Springett -nice guy, called me 10times to make sure everything goes smoothly with my account.
So far 5stars for the service.

As a new trader I wanted a platform that was easy to navigate and had competitive rates for transactions and after a search OANDA came highly recommended. After messing with it for a few months I decided to take the plunge and invest some real money. I’m mostly into forex pairs and indices which OANDA caters for pretty well and their iPad app is far more superior than any other platform out there. What I have noticed is that when you do eventually invest some real money you are contacted by Account Managers, but not in a “Try to sell you something” way but just an informal chat about how you’re finding the platform and any advice about the accounts and best ways to manage them. It’s been a really great experience even though I’m losing more than winning but that’s just down to my own stupidity and experience. I normally get a call once in a while from Luke Newitt and John Truong just as courtesy calls and to touch base and tips on what to look out for in terms of news of what’s happening in the markets which I wouldn’t have probably known as my lack of research would have prevented me knowing. All in all it’s been a pleasurable experience and the guys make you feel like part of a trading family which is always good. Personally if anyone who is thinking of a platform to start their trading journey even if it’s with a demo account you can’t go wrong with OANDA. It’s easy to use, easy to set up and the support you get is brilliant.

really good, had a call from Brett, telling me that my Trading View subscription had been credited to my trading account, and that i could either withdraw this money as cash, or leave in account to use for trading.

Recently signed up tp Oanda for a trading account.Customer care and service excellent especially with the sign up and opening an account and getting funded. I would recommend Oanda to anyone's a broker.
