A great broker with fantastic customer service and features, thank you

I have been using OANDA since 2008 both intermittently and for long periods of trading. I find them to be the most professional, stable and trustworthy. They are a leader in Forex for a reason. I also use their APIs which are extremely comprehensive and good for analysis, development and execution. OANDA Europe always take very good care of me as a customer, gives advice and are knowledgable.

I have been with Oanda for the last year now and their customer service is great, professional and easy to communicate with. They offer a lot of support via their site or over the phone or by email. I think they have done a good job of staying modernised and keeping up to date with current softwares and programmes used for aiding traders for example TradingView, mt5 where they have integrated themselves very well makes life as a trader using Oanda pretty easy.

I had a positive signup and onboarding experience with OANDA. Bradley from the London team provided a clear and professional walkthrough of the account hub and Tradingview connection process and helped me run a few test demo trades, having only used MT5 before. His guidance made the setup straightforward and gave me confidence in using the platform.

Mr Bradley go above and beyond to make sure my account is up and running smoothly .

The have fantastic spreads and their mobile app is the best .

Great support, and offers, and really inviting, however signing up is a little harder than some companies and spread, and leverage isn’t the best

As a spread betting fx broker it provides the broking service needed and it uses Trading View platform where all your trading history is viewable. It also uses MT4.

I’ve had many brokers over the years and by far Oanda has been the best broker by a long shot, Customer service is brilliant always there to help and they are a regulated broker so you know ya money is safe. Should have used Oanda years ago would have saved a whole lot of bother. I would definitely recommend this broker.

The best customer service I’ve ever received with a broker. Setting up an account and funding said account is really simple and the UI on their website is incredible. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get into trading or someone who has been trading for a while.

After using Oanda for 15 years as a professional, and spending a lot off money on trading i was excluded with a 3 days of notes. And they will not tell me why.
Do not sign up on this company, they are going down soon. I believe they are in trouble. I had a very hard time getting my money out after they closed my accounts for no reason at all. DO NOT sign up here.
And guess who i handling complains in Oanda, whuhooo yes Oanda. Nice guys. :-(

I was patched on to a customer support person in seconds and the issue was resolved while I was on the call. Also my account approval was efficiently executed! Great for beginners. Doesn't make you feel stupid at all! I totally recommend

There are so many choice of online brokers out there, Oanda stood out for me for their human touch, even for a small account holder. Brett Cummings, the account manager, had called a few times since the account was set up just to check how things are, he was professional, friendly and very efficient! I would have no idea how they manage this while most companies are cutting cost for client services.

I'd highly recommend Oanda for this reason and one day when I feel ready to open a larger account, I'd be happy to stay with Oanda.

Love how oand a has provided me with an account manager Sam his really helpful and also how they paid for my trading view for the year to help trade

Oanda's system had broken down. Wasn't able to log in or see the charts on my mobile or my laptop for hours. Contacted Oanda & they explained that there was a fault with their system & that the engineers are fixing the problem. Within the hour, problem solved now everything functioning smoothly
