I found some really great prices on name brand items on 02gearshop.com. I love the website and the items ship fast!

Ordered my boots, got my boots, and they where a great deal.

I was looking for a North Face fleece, but did not want to pay the prices most places were asking. Until I found O2gearshop.com they had the fleece I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. While on the site I also purchased two pairs of goggles since the prices were so low.

I ordered a Patagonia pullover on this website that stated it was in stock. They charged my credit card. They emailed me after a week or so and told me they don't have my item and I had to contact them to tell them what to do about it. Obviously they should have cancelled the order and automatically refunded me. I had to email them and cancel the order and they told me it would be another 3-5 days before I would be refunded. NOT acceptable.

I had a great experience with O2 Gear Shop.
I was a little skeptical when the prices were so much cheaper that anywhere I had ever seen.
However, the Marmot Tent I ordered came quick without any issues!!!

I will definitely buy from them again!!!!

I ordered TNF Insulated Freedom Pants in a Large Long size (which no one had in stock except O2) and was comfortably trudging through the snow with them within a few days. I'm very pleased with the product even at full price.

I have purchased several items from O2gearshop.com and been absolutely pleased with the quality of their products. I have purchased Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia, and Northface products that have been great to use. I purchased a Blue Kazoo sleeping bag, a Patagonia down sweater, and several men's clothing items. They have been defect free and shipped right away. I could not be more well pleased!

o2gearshop.com is awesome. This is the second time I ordered ski gear (boots & helmet) from them and I am beyond pleased. The prices were great and the shipping was super quick. Definitely recommend o2gearshop!!

My wife loves the R2 Patagonia fleece. Its warm and cuts the wind. She's 5'8 and wears a small. It fits perfect. O2 gear shop ships fast and got the product to us before Christmas. I will continue shopping with them for my winter gear.

Where to begin? I found a Patagonia parka on this website for a good $150 cheaper than other retailers, so I was initially very excited to order from this company. Although it did take a good three weeks to receive my order, all would have been just fine had it been the right size. Turns out the coat was too big and I had to send it back. I had a trip coming up, so couldn't wait for an exchange to be processed. For this reason, I sent it as a return and placed a separate order for the correct size. Now began the drama of o2gearshop "customer service."
First of all, the website lists their return policy as "easy," yet it is by far the most overcomplicated set of return procedures I have ever encountered with an online company. If your return packaging does not EXACTLY meet their long list of specifications, they threaten to charge you a 15% "processing" fee. For a $250 item, that's pretty ridiculous. If such a fee exists, it should absolutely be a small flat rate. That said, I followed their requirements exactly, payed $16 to ship it back via UPS trackable shipping, and was informed that the package would be received by 12/19/12. It is now 1/4/13 and I haven't even gotten an email stating that they have received the return. I attempted to contact them a week ago through secure message on their website, but have received no response. That is truly horrible customer service. And finally, the website does say that recrediting your card may take "up to two billing cycles." I find this AWFULLY interesting, since in order to file a chargeback with your credit card company, you have have not yet payed the amount in question. After two billing cycles, most people would want to have payed off that charge, in order to avoid paying interest. In other words, having this ridiculous 60-day recrediting policy significantly diminishes consumer ability to refute the charge with their credit card company. Nice. Needless to say, this will be my last order with o2gearshop.com. It has BY FAR been my most disappointing online shopping experience to date.

My first order from o2gearshop was smooth and exceeded my expectations. The item price was significantly below what I found at other sites, shipping was fast (arrived sooner than expected), and the product was exactly as described. I plan to order from O2 again in the near future.
