Customer service appalling online chat available cannot speak to a real person me and my family have always supported the brand however it’s only when something is wrong your eyes are opened to the poor lack of service or acknowledgment to what is wrong. I purchased jacket in the sale online True to my size I ordered a medium only to find it’s more suitable to a XL customer I contacted the store within 5 minutes of delivery only to be told its sale item your stuck with it . I did not want a refund a credit note or correct size jacket would have been acceptable but No basically $110 out of pocket which I work hard for.
Will never recommend or myself family and friends will never shop there again so in Theory Nude Lucy is the losers we will never shop there again. And I will continue to give my feedback to everyone regarding the poor service. NUDE LUCY FO NOT CARE SBOUT THERE CUSTOMERS

Received items, they didn’t fit so I returned them back via mail. Items arrived quickly to their warehouse. Took a month to receive my refund after I had to reach out to customer service asking where my refund was. I should have just returned them in person at a store. Took way too long and is confusing cause they supposed to be a big company? Should be a lot more efficient. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Placed an order it never arrived then I finally got hold of someone in customer service they sent me the tracking which I never received to begin with turns out it got sent back the same day? No explanation why it never left Australia to NZ customer service said next time make sure I’m home for delivery!?
Then they sent me a discount code which didn’t work bad online experience for me I won’t bother ordering from them again.

Hmmm why didn’t I read these reviews before buying anything from this store . I returned an item purchased that would fit an elephant not a size 14. Nude Lucy agreed to refund not exchange . Item returned . I receiver email confirming return received . Since then no response to my requests for an update on my refund . 24 February almost a month . Crickets . If you ever buy anything from them make sure you want it because returning it and getting an exchange or refund seems impossible . Might go to ombudsman if no response .

Terrible service. I wish I’ve read the reviews before I gave them my money. I placed an order on February the 5th. Today it’s February the 20th, but I still have no information where my purchase is. My few customer service inquires are just ignored. It’s a rip off and a scam, don’t buy there.
**UPDATE** I have to contact my bank and dispute a transaction. Nude Lucy reimbursed me, they said my order was canceled. No explanation or apologies were given, but at least I got my money back.

Have gotten no response from many emails i’ve sent.

I bought a plain long sleeve top. I've owned many in my time. The fit is just odd were the sleeves meet the body and it just doesn't sit right. I believe the pattern making might just be strange. The clothing seems to be aimed at people with very narrow shoulders and narrow frames in petite sizes so YMMV. I was just a bit disappointed considering it was $60 for a plain top that honestly is probably only worth about $20.

Received the item ordered promptly , it was to large so initiated a return online .
Its been 3 days waiting on them to send a return label which they charged me $15 for
Bad service and a rip off as well
Site said it was $10 to return a item ?
I can courier an item nz wide that size for $8

I went to a store to try on and buy but they didn’t have my sizes. I walked into the staff having a very aggressive complaining session about customers that I had to interrupt to get assistance. I then ordered a few hundreds worth online and when I received the items were saturated in fragrance and I received something incorrect. I emailed the customer service to get assistance and when they (finally) responded they didn’t address their mistake and also didn’t answer my questions. I made the return and it’s been delivered back to them over a month ago. I’ve emailed to follow up my refund with no responses, then had to fill out the chat again to try to get a response, messaged on social media (they were resposive) but still - no refund?! How is it so hard? It’s insane that I’m having to chase them up for weeks just to get my money back for items that were sent back a month ago. This company is lacking in the customer service department majorly and has been a headache to deal with. I’ve bought quite a bit over the years but I’m not supporting this company anymore. Trying to sort this out has been way harder than it should be. Buyer beware.

Very annoying that an apparent "Final Sale" item that cannot be returned for a store credit especially when the final sale was not stated and was only marginally cheaper than full price. This set was purchased for me as a gift from my daughter and we will never buy from them again, the girls in -store and the AI response to my emails were laughable and so un-professional, BAD EXPERIENCE, BAD SERVICE, BAD CLOTHES.

After shopping for Black Friday trying to find clothes as a pregnant woman online I did not see the small print of final sale. In store I wanted to return 2 of the 3 items because when I tried them on same day of delivery they were not as I imagined and looked horrible on me. Instore I was refused option of even exchange and was advised that I could try to sell them myself. I am very disappointed with this policy, if I had known m I would not have wasted the little money I have to spend on clothes at the moment. No actually as a working pregnant mother I don't really have the time to sell clothes I was expecting to be able to atleast exchange as you do not get the chance to try it from buying online. This has severely damaged my confidence to shop here.

The online experience has even put me off buying from one of their brick and mortar stores. Bought 2 items after getting a restock alert for 1. The item that was not a restock was shipped. I thought maybe the other item was somehow sold twice as it appeared to only have 1 item in stock when I hit the buy now button. I checked the items stock status on their website and noticed that they had 3 available again. I actually almost considered buying again because I really wanted it and had a gut feeling my order had been missed. Anyways, I emailed Nude Lucy, no response and then I finally get a refund. Absolutely devastated because I wanted to wear both items together. I have since sent back the 2nd item. I do admit, they were nice enough to send a free return label after I reached out to say the service provided is not good enough so I’ll give them 1 star for that. However, according to AusPost, they received my return 7 days ago and have not processed my return. I know refunds can take days but they haven’t even started the actual return process…
