Had surgery and before during and aftercare was initially good. I have always had issues with my right side but put it down to the surgery I have..However I have developed cysts and swollen lymph nodes under my armpit. I have since discovered a fold in my implant. The company were aware I didn’t have much breast tissue and still processed to put the larger implant in. We had this discussion as they had two sizes ready incase.Which my tissue obviously couldn’t handle and has folded!!

I had breast surgery at this clinic 4 years ago, i needed implants exchanged so picked here, told they will exchange but didnt believe i had the smallest implant already in, when i woke up from surgery they just took it upon themselves put double sized implant in!!! they put double the size in, told will settle when swellings go fown etc, 2 years later everything started causing me health problems,
tried to get in touch with no success, as we know working life and family stress takes over, then covid so am a couple more years on, with receiving no contact from this clinic i took it upon myself to see some other surgeons who have given me there opinions, this clinic took the easy option out to do what they did to me, so after expert opinions from 2 surgeons i am going down the legal route as this company cannot even bother to return my call, as i wish to raise a complaint against them! Dont use this company if your thinking of having brrast augmentation, do your research

I came across this looking for a surgery

Like many others, I paid for treatment but the company has gone bust and they messed up my procedure! I don't know what to do, I am out of pocket by nearly £6000! £6000!!!

I cannot recommend NU cosmetic enough, from my consultation right through to my after care all staff are so welcoming and professional I want to thank Maria especially what a lovely lady she is.
I am more than happy with my result I will be sending all my friends and family to NU xxx

unappropriate service got a price from this company was given appointment to see the consultant then two days prior it was canceld I was informed the doctor was not coming in. Two days later I phone up the call centre under alias I was informed that that doctor was in the clinic that day if I could make I was also informed that she was also in the day my appointment was canceled. I contacted the lady that canceled on me via her email she replied back saying she would make me another appointment still waiting. The problem is they offerd me the treatment and under priced it by £500 but they sent me it in writing. So all they could do was just to ignore my calls and emails. I wrote to the CEO of the company but still no reply poor poor poor service maybe it was not to be for me a lucky escape. I hope they dont treat there customers that have got surgery planned like they have me good luck

I gonna put 4 star but i can explain why !! I meet january Sarah , Julie and Mr Sighn. From the 1 consultation all i like and trust Mr Sighn. I payed for my surgery . Always have to many question and Sarah did answer. 18 july should be surgery , day before lady cancel , move to 25 again day before cancel and give me new date 3 august. Only this reason why 4 stars. Yes i start read in google all about ant this 3 weeks i got stress cause what people write here is scare , a lot money to loose , i was panic . I spoke with some girls who was on the same position, but also know another girls who did surgery and they are really happy. Julie always answer and Katie who book for me , Sarah time to time but did . Finally i got surgery at Manchester private hospital , all staff are friendly , nice, never let me alone even for 1 min. After week i see again Julia she check how i am going . She really lovely , kindly , soft person - Thanks for you. Sarah keep ask me how my recovery.

i m luck because just after my operation the company s in bankrupt. the treatment is good but i didn t trust from the begin . ask me money in advance nearly 4000 pounds and cancel appointment and i read people had the same experience i have . but they didn t have money back that s why i m very luck. just today i spoke to a doctor behind this comany and he told me they have to give hiim 14.000 pounds and more money to customers and more. i beleive they all progect this. evil . this is what i can say

I will continue to recommend the Nu cosmetic clinic. There are treatments to suit everyone and with a less is more approach to looking the best you can without looking “done” is what fills me confidence.

I am beyond happy with the work I have done here. Mr Sing is gifted in the extreme. Her work is simply exquisite. The difference she’s made to my life is immeasurable. Never over done - I appear subtlety glowing - I receive no end of compliments - usually “wow you look amazing”.

Discusting evil people took 19 year old single mum savings for procedure for her own confidence not for vanity she is so heart broken horrible heartless people who won’t get a minuets luck do not ! Go with them what goes around comes around your day will come !

When for consultation in London were Sara was adman I agreed to. Surgery in London. And had to pay in full next day £3700. Then got call from a Marie saying surgery was in Manchester. Don’t work in London no more then after 2 cancellation night before 3rd date. Got a call. Surgeon had accident. Likely story then. Said refund take 30 days but can give me new date. 4th July today. Then yesterday got tex from a so called Joyce saying surgery was cancelled. I whent mad all phone number would not answer. Main line is a mail box. Then out of the blue a rude lady called Kate rang said she refund me strait away and ask for my bank detail I stupidly believe again sent her my details Then today her phone off no reply from eny one. Please do not trust this company. They will take your money, book you in for procedures and then cancel and you will not be able to get in touch with them again for your refund. I have never come across a business which is more deceitful and am surprised that a medical firm can get away with what they are doing to patients.
Putting your health and life in somebody's hands takes a lot of trust and I cannot believe that this company is allowed to operate after all these incidents from women who have all experienced the same treatment from them.
I have contacted a journalist here in the UK and they are now investing the company. I will keep you all updated.

I am very upset at the way they dealt with my appointments.
I paid for 5 treatments in advance and signed a contract. I did not receive a copy of my contract. That was my first mistake.

I had 4 out of 5 treatments in total. Then they refused to pick up the line and when they did- they kept saying-call back later or my name is on the old system, so I would need to wait for 3 months.

After a year, they switched my last treatment to something else- 30 minutes before my appointment, they cancelled.

Ever since then they refused to compensate for the time they took from me, give me a refund or give me my original treatment.

After 2 years.. I asked for a refund of my last treatment. They refused to refund me or give me their actual address and they have 'lost my contact'.

All to ensure that I cannot sue them, In fact- they claimed it was blackmail to tell them that I will sue if I dont get my money back for a treatment I never had. They tried to provoke me and took a lot of times.
So basically I just gave them money for a treatment I never had..

their current name is 'My dream breast ltd' DO NOT go to them! if you want your money and a treatment.

Don’t be fooled with there prices go to a lidgett company which seems more money but in all honesty any company is cheaper than this conning company as they take your money and you receive no services!!! I had cancellation after cancellation, as soon as I made a payment to them it was like I didn’t exist, I had nothing but chasing this so called clinic up and all I have had is rudeness, putting the phone down on me , putting me on hold for god knows how long then the line cutting off, fake names from the staff/ Scam artists shall I say! Don’t become a victim to fraud like the rest of us!! Spend that extra and get treated how you should be treated and not getting your hard earned money scammed off you!!

Had my breast enlargment on the 25th at one health clinic Hammersmith. I think the company are good no problems so far with them. I had Mr Singh do mine and I must admit he has done a fantastic job I love them. Scars are great too. Only thing that I was a bit disappointed about was the parking on the day of surgery. My partner came and was told when I went in he could not stay with me which I understand. Bit I paid £30 to park because it was too far from him to come back and forth to. I can't fault these people one bit they have been very good to me. 100% would recommend them

having used Nu for a previous procedure a few years ago, i knew when i wanted some work on my appearance that i would only trust them for any surgical procedure.
As i expected everything went the way they said it would . Doctor Dutta and Marie listened to what i wanted without any judgment and gave me what they said they could give me. On the day the procedure went well and without discomfort and i was able to go home a few hours later and had no problems. Since then i have been pleased with the changes i have seen so far
