Nathan Billing is true to his word, he worked hard and did the service we asked for, importantly attending the house at the arranged time. He was professional and pointed out safety features we had no idea about. We would certainly use him again.

Nathan serviced our gas central heating boiler last December 2023. He is a very friendly, professional and contentious knowledgeable tradesman. Recently ( October 2024 ) we had a problem with our lounge coal effect gas fire. I sent him an e.mail outlining the problem and within a few hours he replied giving me sound advice related to resolving the problem. Top man !

New gas boiler installed (Valliant Eco Tech+630) . Previous boiler had been unreliable at times with poor manufacturer support. Nathan discussed the pros and cons of changing the boiler, reliable manufacturers for customer and installer. Valliant was top of the list to suit the property. As usual he was totally reliable, honest, efficient, methodical and conscious of Health & Safety at all times. He is a local engineer whose customer base is 'founded' on recommendation. New boiler....... efficient and so quiet! Well done again, Nathan.

We chose Nathan because of all the good reviews we had read and were not disappointed when he visited to fix our boiler last week. He fitted us in despite being extremely busy and we were very impressed with his knowledge and work. I would highly recommend Nathan. A previous heating engineer had quoted for replacing multiple components of our complex heating system, we asked Nathan to take a second look and he resolved the problems without replacing any major parts and as a bonus made improvements to the control - Very happy.

Nathan arrived on time to service my boiler, he was very thorough and explained everything he did. He was polite and tidy in his work. I would highly recommend

Nathan has been helping us sort out the dreadful plumbing left behind by the previous owners of our property. His pipework is a work of art and he has managed to free up a load of space by sorting out the amateurish mess that was left under our sink. He has also re-positioned our boiler and put in a new sink and toilet. Always polite and helpful, Nathan is a pleasure to work with. Will be asking him to fit us a new shower room soon!

Nathan has done an excellent job on our boiler,it went wrong on Friday and by Wednesday following he fitted a new one.
