Always a pleasure to work with Jon who installed the boiler and maintains it - he's even good natured when I call him with some ridiculous question and he still visits to reassure me :-)

Called Jon out as our old boiler wasn’t working. He got it going but recommended that it needed replacing but also provided a quote for a permanent fix to the old boiler.
We opted for replacement which he’s now done. No stopping for cups of tea and even vacuumed the work area after he finished.
We cannot recommend him enough.

The normal great service from Jon - on time, friendly, clean worker, efficient and knows his stuff.

Have no hesitation in (and previously have) recommending him to people that require heating and plumbing services.

Fantastic service at a reasonable rate and in a swift timeline. Jon sourced the cylinder and fitted in a few days - despite issues with the supplier! informed the tenants constantly and kept them looped in as well as with me throughout. Turned up when suggested and moved his diary around when plans changed to also work late and get it fitted. Brilliant service. Fair play!

Jon arranged to visit promptly following my call re fitting an Aquabion limescale reducer on our water supply. The quote was good value and John fitted the limescale reducer into a tight space in our cloakroom without disturbing the surrounding boxing and decoration. All in all a very prompt and efficient service.
