Parcel has not arrived
I have contacted multiple times about my product not arriving. After being weeks late of due date they haven’t said anything. Poor customer service and don’t answer well. Do not trust !

I bought over $ 300 worth of clothes ! Every single one of the items were about 3-4 sizes toooooo small! these clothes are made for children ! Do not believe the size charts! They “ not as advertised”. They say 45 day hassle free returns then they tell you to return at extreme expense out of the country. When I asked to return the order they said we will give you $ 120 refund and keep the clothes ! like I want to spend $ 180 for nothing shame on you nowrain !

Told me they would send partial refund keep giving me the run around. Case been closed since 3/23/2022 with pay pal and my bank. Keep the money I never received item. Don't buy from them they send you the wrong size first of all then when you tell them of their error. They say just try the wrong size trashy company. Never buy from here.

Where is my order? I ordered it March 4th, 2022. It is March 28, 2022 and I still haven’t received it . This website is terrible.

I was a bit dissatisfied with the quality of the procuct I bought so I sent an email of complaint. I was extremely surprised how efficient and helpful the customer service was. They addressed my issue very quickly and gave me a satisfactory solution but also assured me that the quality of the products is going to be reviewed. I was positively surprised and will consider buying again from Nowrain as I know I am going to be listened in case of any issues which is not a very common practice nowadays.

The fabric and the size of the dress wasn’t what I expected. It was too light as compared to the picture

After giving Nowrain one star in a previous reveiw, I would like to say i received my top i purchased from them. I must say i am very pleased with it, it is a lovely fit and looks much more expensive than what i paid for it. The quality is very good and the top is just lovely. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because i had to wait longer than I antisapated on it, but it was worth the wait. Infact its much nicer than the picture...... TY Nowrain !
