The worse insurance company
The worse insurance company ! I m with them since more than 10 years with my wife and 3 kids ! I never used them ! Today I got a dental emergency (which is not esthetic) it’s related to my health! THEY SAID ITS NOT COVERED 😡

Customer Service
The customer service representatives at NOW helped me through the process of getting pre-approval for an out-patient medical procedure. Knowing before the procedure that NOW was going to reimburse my expenses gave me peace of mind and one less thing about which I had to be concerned. Within a few days of filing my claim NOW deposited money in my bank account covering 100% of the cost. The online claim filing process is easy and convenient. At a time when insurance companies get a lot of bad press, sometimes rightfully so, it's good to know that I can count on NOW International Insurance.
