We are Dubai based family visited Switzerland for holiday when an unexpected thing happened. My 10 year old son had a massive swelling in his face due to tooth issue. Thank God for Ms. Agnes who helped us all the way from finding the nearest hospital to us, fixing required things to facilitate direct billing outside UAE, 1 day approval of our claims for some clinics do not accept direct billing, and all of these were done heartfully.

We cannot thank her enough! Working with ❤️ Thank you big time again, Ms. Agnes.

I recently had a cataract surgery and was advised to use certain eye drops, which are usually not covered by Insurance. However, I wrote to Now Health and after further assessing the situation, they approved the eye drops. Thanks to everyone involved, especially to Customer Service Manager Omar Sakhri, for his efforts and for regularly keeping me posted on the status.

I had some questions about my Health Care Plan. Since my native language is Spanish, I contacted NOW Health to see if there was someone in their team that could help me in my language. I had a great experience talking to Maja, she was super kind and answered my questions clearly and with patience. It was great to be able to clarify them in Spanish.

My most recent experience included two amazing members of the Now Health team taking calls on their mobiles during personal time in order to get me into an urgent care unit at the last minute for tests. During what was a very scary time for me, was made easier knowing that I didn't have to worry about my treatment. A HUGE thanks as ever to our UK Account Manager Tammy Sykes and Sharon Crease, the Now Health CS Manager for UK for their swift response time, dedication and care.
I do feel the rest of the team should take note, and take lessons from these two!
