its not very clear about contacting the apartment owner....via wots upp or emaiing....also we are unsure if hidden costs on arrival??? eg tourists taxes....not like other website tells you fully the total costs....

Easy to book, plenty of details on the listings.

Lots of good properties in interesting places at reasonable prices. However, each one could do with more info on what's in the surrounding area.

Booking was simple. So far do good. Now need to ensure the rest of the process follows suit.

The website is user-friendly and offers a diverse selection of accommodations. Booking is straightforward, and the communication has been excellent up to this point.

Jeg kunne ikke finde en mulighed for at bestille for 10 dage Det eneste valg var en uge. Ogsaa manglede at finde ud af hvordan man kan ændre datoer. Det behöver jeg at göre denne gang men kan ikke finde ud af muligheden

Finding a suitable accomodation, booking and paying is made very easy and sofar, we have not had any bad experience.

Will never use this company again. Items shown in pictures not at the property. Pots and pans were filthy and unusable. I ended up having to purchase some. Company didn’t give a damn when I contacted them Only wish I could show the photos, but nowhere to add them. Health & safety is a complete joke. Gas hob with only a lighter to light it. !!!!

We were booking at a property we had been to before, so didn't research too much at other places but did find what we wanted reasonably quickly.

Great range of accommodation and easy to use website. Easy to book the accommodation and so far the communication has been good.

terrible experience. They represented a severely ant invested apartment and would not refund the CLEANING and consumption costs of a 10 day stay. Which cost almost as much as the room itself. Terrible service, would not recommend or pray you have no issues.
