Une excursion qui fut la meilleure de notre séjour !! Un rdv facile au pied du bateau de croisière, des arrêts aux paysages majestueux, une montée en téléphérique avec au sommet une vue… une pause au chaud avec café et gaufres à l’intérieur du seul restaurant avec un chaleureux accueil….
Et le plus une accompagnatrice, Sandra, qui nous a fait découvrir avec anedocte, humour et une bonne humeur communicative, la vie et les paysages de Norvège. Un incontournable donc

Desastre
Mi familia y yo hicimos la excursión del monte Stranda y fue un auténtico desastre, no nos gusto nada la excursión, llegó el autobús con más de media hora de retraso y en el punto de encuentro no había ni una bandera ni nada de esta compañía de excursiones nadie la conocía.
Cuando llegó la chica nos dijo que no podíamos subir al telesferico porque estaba cerrado por rachas de viento, por lo que el encanto de la excursión no lo podíamos hacer, en ningún momento nos dio la posibilidad de anular la excursión. Nos dijo la guía que haríamos alguna paradas extras. Es verdad que nos paró en un mirador el de Ljoen con muy buenas vistas, pero después estuvimos más de una hora en un bar parados en la estación de esquí. El mismo autobús iba y venía con dos excursiones a la vez por lo que no había opción de plan B.
Para mí una auténtica estafa 380 euros que nos costó para ver un mirador.
Además de la imposibilidad de poder hacer alguna excursión que sí que valiese la pena como la del glaciar briskal.

Thank you for your important feedback. We take your complaints seriously and will be looking at our Hellesylt excursion in the off-season to try and come up with an alternative solution on the rare occasion that the gondola is unable to operate. This excursion was just launched this season.
Firstly, we would like to extend our sincere apologies that the tour did not go as planned due to the weather forcing the closure of the gondola.
As soon as we learned of the closure of the gondola, we informed our guides in Helleyslt who informed all guests that the gondola was closed due to 90-100 km/hr winds. We have only experienced one day with high winds out there this season and by the time we got to Stranda, they were able to operate the gondola. The weather can change rapidly here in Norway.
We have refunded everyone the cost of the gondola.
While this wasn’t the excursion any of us expected, we did our best to adapt to the situation and provide our guests with a quality excursion. We do however, reserve the right to adapt our tours at any time as stated on our website in our Terms & Conditions.
The problem with a plan B in Hellesylt is that there are not a lot of other options to visit within the time limits of the excursion. Again, we will be re-examining this in the off-season.
Again, we understand your disappointment and will take this feedback to our company meeting at the conclusion of the season. We thank you for joining us and for providing us with your perspective. Despite all of this, we hope that you had a wonderful vacation here in Norway.

Un'esperienza fantastica!
Abbiamo fatto il tour "Alseund un giro turistico eccezionale" come tappa di una crociera sui Fiordi.
Il tour è stato, davvero, eccezionale: 4 ore e mezza visitando dei luoghi incantevoli e magici.
Avendo alcuni nel mio gruppo che non parlavano inglese, ho richiesto una guida in italiano.
Sandra e Claudia sono state davvero cordiali, preparate e chiare sia in italiano che in inglese ( hanno parlato anche in tedesco ma non lo conosco per poter giudicare )sempre cordiali, sorridenti e mai noiose o annoiate, nonostante il continuo ripetersi in 3 lingue.
Il tour prevedeva soste che sono state del tempo giusto per potere godere appieno le meraviglie che Alesund e le sue isole offrono ( ammetto che sarei rimasta più su Alnes e nei dintorni del suo faro, la giornata era magnifica e non sarei voluta andarmene).
Un plauso all'autista Julian, guidare nelle strette strade, attraverso i tunnel o nel traffico della cittadina non deve essere stato facile e lui non ha fatto pesare il tragitto.
Ultima cosa non da sottovalutare: il prezzo! Decisamente più economico rispetto al similare proposto dalla compagnia di crociera.
P.s. un consiglio: potreste aggiungere una tappa più lunga per una sosta pranzo.

ARNAQUE Geiranger…
J'ai réservé une excursion à Geiranger avec vous via Expedia (Viator) et j'ai payé un surplus pour avoir un guide français. Le lieu de rendez-vous indiqué sur le voucher (près du supermarché Joker) n'était pas le bon, j'ai dû appeler pour qu'on m'indique qu'il fallait rester près du port de croisière. Une fois sur le bon lieu de prise en charge, je m'aperçois que l'excursion se fera en anglais, italien et espagnol... Je n'ai pas été averti de ce changement et puisque j'avais payé un surplus, j'ai demandé le remboursement du surplus, remboursement qui a été refusé. Comment qualifier ces pratiques ?
Je m'en vais de ce pas mettre les choses dans les mains de l'assistance juridique de mon assurance pour avoir gain de cause.
Vous vous attendez vraiment à ce que je vous recommande ? Bien au contraire, je vous ferai la pub que vous méritez sur les réseaux...

Dear Dominique,
As explained to you before your tour was on the 13th of August. You were notified on the 9th of August about the language combination. Giving you enough time to cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy. Additionally you were informed about the change of the meeting point on the 12th of August.
You did not pay extra, for us to offer your preferred language. As stated in the additional information on Expedia it says "May be operated by a multi-lingual guide in English due to mixed groups". Our tours are more expensive on marketplaces due to many reason but mainly high maintenance costs.
We are truly sorry if you feel cheated in any way but from our side we did everything accordingly.
We hope you enjoyed your stay in Geiranger!

El pasado 6 de agosto realizamos mi familía y yo ( 8 personas) la excursión al monte Stranda y fue espectacular las vistas y tuvimos tiempo para hacer fotos e ir al baño tranquilamente. La guia, una chica italiana, fue un encanto y lo explico todo de maravilla. El broche final fue comer un delicioso gofre a pies del teleférico en el monte Stranda. Recomiendo 100% esta excursión y la guía.

Paisaje espectacular, Flåm
Todo muy bien. La guía nos envió con antelación el punto de encuentro perfectamente detallado. Todo fenomenal explicado, hubo tiempo suficiente para hacer fotos y el conductor estupendo también ya que las carreteras eran muy estrechas.

Excellent tour in Geiranger!
Fun day with Matias! He did an excellent job of keeping us on schedule to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The views were incredible! Matias gave us lots of interesting information about Norway as well. The bus was clean & comfortable & the Romanian bus driver was an extremely skilled driver & we felt very safe! We highly recommend this tour!

We were a group of 20 on a shore excursion. Norway Excursions AS was easy to meet, our guide was a delight and very easy to understand in English. The tour was exactly as described. I would definitely use them again.

Great tour along the Fjord from Bergen
Great tour along the Fjord from Bergen. Comfortable and informative - much better value than the cruise line and the timings were perfect! A small false start when we couldn’t find the boarding point - perhaps a bigger sign? Overall great value allowing you to experience the fjords- stay calm and don’t panic. They’ll look after you!
