Great afternoon shore excursion from Geiranger to Dalsnibba!
Our tour guide was very knowledgable, and although we were in a mixed group of nationalities, the commentary in 3 languages was always timely to the sights we were passing at the time. The tour itself was very economical, it visited more sights than our ship shore excursion at a much better price.

7 Sisters and Mt. Dalsniba-Great day
One of the best tour days we've had in recent memory. Danny, our guide set out the ideal agenda heading to the 7 sisters first as opposed to Mt. Dalsniba. The weather was not cooperating but he had identified a window of opportunity in the weather that would allow us to get the maximum experience of both. And he was bang on. While it was raining at the 7 siisters the view down the Geiranger Fjord was clear and exquisite. The weather cleared later in the afternoon and the drive up to Mt. Dalsniba and the view from there were both magnificent. We could not have asked for a better day. Highly recommend it.

Allison took 18 of us on 3 tours last year and we had a very good time. Her coaches are clean. Her drivers are very skilled and safe. Her stories are very impressive and interesting. The scenery are beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone touring Gerianger and Tromso.

Absolutely fabulous tour!
We did the Fjords to Trolls tour and it was incredible! Anita did an outstanding job and was such a nice person! It was a full day and she even managed to squeeze in a little of Alesund as well!
I highly recommend this tour!

Sensational Trollstigen
Booking and pre-tour communication was very easy and payment via credit card was straight forward. Arrangements for pick-up were also very convenient: the tour left from the wharf where our ship was berthed. The tour was great with stunning scenery and stops at places of interest. The tour guide was informative without overwhelming guests with information, and spoke English very well. Returning to our ship was very smooth and efficient. A rewarding and memorable tour that we highly recommend.

Enjoyed excursion!…
We enjoyed the excursion and found the guide interesting, personable and quite informative.
However, we were not aware this was a Viator. We were also surprised to find out that if we didn't purchase your "cancellation insurance" when booking, we would not be able to cancel the tour and get a refund. Needless to say, we were upset about this and for that reason, I would definitely not recommend your company. In addition, seats were supposed to be saved for my husband and I in the front of the bus and weren't. There was a reserve sign on the first two seats but another couple thought it was theirs and took them. When I mentioned it to our guide he didn't think it was that important since we had seats right by the back door and could easily depart the bus from there.

There is no such thing as a "Viator" tour. Yes, we do offer our products on Viator too. Viator/Tripadvisor is a marketplace where many tour operators offer their products. We are no exception.
Our guests can book directly through us, or Viator. The tour remains a "Norway Excursions AS" tour :)
The tour insurance can be added upon booking, as explained on our website. This insurance allows us to offer our tours at the prices we offer them (very fair and competitive and only a fraction of what for example cruise ships charge) and it even allowed us to lower our prices instead of increasing them. It is not mandatory, but optional :)
As for the "reserved seats", that must have been an unfortunate error on the spot. Personally, I do remember that we discussed it before the tour and I can only apologize sincerely for the fact that the seats were taken when you arrived. That should have never happened!
We do hope that, should you ever visit Norway again, we get a chance to make up for this error.
