Purchased an advertised as New Hot Tub from North Yorkshire Pools Scarborough which came not as described and with different jets along with missing the majority of LEDs lighting and leaking fault with water running onto Gecko electrics and could have caused serious injury. After company owner attending and agreeing to sort the issues and to provide missing LEDs and control unit and supply the parts described in advert which were missing and repair the leak, company director began to provide excuses delaying matters and then using his wife's medical problem to justify further delays. Then asking myself the customer to identify where parts can be sourced and when furnished with details refused to deal with the issues notwithstanding his obligation to deal with warranty matters which he now refuses to address and now attempting to prevent every way to communicate. A company that displays multiple company addresses on the internet and attempts to suppress negative reviews is a company I will be staying well clear of other than pursing legally.
