Northgate Portsmouth Branch are exceptional. They are professional, diligent and have a quick turn-around with the vehicles. I don't need to chase them up for MOT'S, servicing or repairs. They regularly book these in themselves, keeping the fleet of vehicles operational. When things do go wrong and vehicles have issues, as is inevitable, they are quick to respond to get the vehicles back on the road. I can't recommend them enough. The coffee machine is still top notch.

Had the van serviced. Staff were kind and helpful. They run through everything and updated me regularly while I waited in there reception which had comfortable seating areas and free hot beverages machine so very accommodating. Was served by Robbie and kat along with other helpful friendly staff

Each and everytime my vehicles get left with Northgate Portsmouth I am filled with confidence that their mechanical team will get the job done quickly, done well and without issue, they keep me well informed of the progress and are extremely helpful with regards to relaying the work back to me so I understand what works have been undertaken. I believe Robbie is a very well mannered and polite member of the team as is Kathryn, they are both a genuine asset to the Portsmouth Branch. Phenomenal service
The service in the Portsmouth store has been by far one of the friendliest and most helpful services I have had from the company in all my time with them. Kathryn was fantastic at the desk and helped with every question I had in a fantastic and well informative manner. Lee who handled my vehicle itself was just as friendly and helpful as Kathryn and I wish to extend my deepest thanks to them both for being such amazing workers and going above and beyond to help with everything I needed help with!

Catherine on reception has amazing customer service attitude and makes everyone feel welcome and happy to be there.
Her memory is brilliant remembering me from my last visit and asked specific questions about the last visit even though she was in the yard and no chance to peek at paperwork for a reminder!!

The company I work for has a commercial contract with Northgate during a spell of injury and time of work they have dealt with my van and myself with both flawless service great communication and a high standard of work. The customer facing team in the office and on the delivering and collection of my vehicle have showed understanding and a want to go above and beyond I hope this is passed on to both staff and management.
