Thursday at 1 pm I sent my son to pick up Neilsons milk that was advertised on the front page of this weeks flyer Feb 27/2025. Nothing there and a staff member checked and there was nothing in stock.My son was offered a raincheck which i had told him would happen if there is no stock. Who are these guys and how do they expect to keep a long term business going. Get the franchisee out of there and put in an owner who will follow the companie's marketing and advertising plans. Please.

Constantly short on the items on sale, what was on the shelf is what they have and gone by Monday. Eglington Ave. east & Brimley

I’ve been shopping at No Frills for decades and have been quite disappointed by their recent stamp program for discounted pots and pans. Every time I went to redeem 20 stamps they were sold out. Now the program is ending I have nothing to show for the hundreds of dollars spent there. I hope they do something for the people who have been loyal to the store.

I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND THERE IS SO MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS SAYING THE SAME. AND THE PROMOTION THEY ARE HAVING ABOUT COLLECTING STICKERS TO GET POTS AND PANS AT A DISCOUNT PRICE APPARENTLY THEY RAN OUT OF POTS AND PANS AND YOU CANNOT REDEEM YOUR COUPONS. THEY ARE ALSO STILL GIVING OUT THE STICKERS WITHOUR HAVING THE PRODUCT. THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM TO MAKE YOU SHOP AT ONLY NO FRILLS AND LOBLAWS. DISGUSTING SCAM. WOW

My bill had a mistake. Didn't feel like going to the store as it was extremely cold n I had no car.
Called the 1800 number at least 6 times.
No one answered.

A recall on no name brand eggs Jan 21 2025 they refuse to take them saying they think it’s ok 8990 Chincousy RD Brampton Queen and Chincousy
I tried calling there 1 866 987 6453 number they put me on hold from 5pm until 5:30 when they close. No one took my call

No Frills Cedar Hills BC This place is beyond gross. The parking lot and entrance is overflowing with garbage. Be careful of the produce area, there is wet lettuce and misc greens scattered all over the floor, slipping hazard for sure. The garbage can at the door is overflowing all over the ground. I refuse to shop at a place that doesnt care about the environment or the neighbourhood they share. They should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely disgusting. Worst store I have ever been to. I will drive further to shop they go back there again. For awhile things looked a little better but now back to the same trash heap of a store

Burnt cereal, chicken that's 80% water, cream, milk and virtually all the main staple foods were more expensive than literally everywhere else. This store is just an absolute scam. Avoid it like big fresh steaming dog sh*t!!!

collected the stamps tried many no frills stores.,Independent stores too in durham region. was told orders are coming in ( pots) . Even had a manager saying order was coming this thursday , yet nothing but a few of the little pots. What a scam! Plus these low lifes who represent No Frills and INdependent keep handing out stickers. I used to spend on average 150 a week at No Frills ( which is Alot of Money for 1 person!). NO more I am done with this company! would rate it a negative if I could. They all lie ( right up to the Manager ) wont get a dime from me. Farm boy and and others have overall higher class of people working there, different class of customers, produce and meats much better, stores are much cleaner. I should have changed long ago! you buy shit, you get shit, and you are surrounded by shit !

Shopped for our Christmas meals in No Frills Humboldt, Sk.
The cashier Punnya was the most pleasant helpful cashier that we have had for a very long time . If all the cashiers were like her No Frills would have an excellent bunch of staff !

The promotion for the pc pots and wok is a fraud. I have been continuously driving around trying to redeem a pot or wok and it’s never available.

The cashier slid all my items to the packing area then took the hand held device and started to scan the items. I told him to STOP. and asked what the heck he was doing. I then stopped another employee and asked what the heck was going on? Is he allowed to to do this ? She looked stunned, and unsure what to do! He , the cashier then spoke up and said "This is my own personal way of doing things". to which I replied that I didn't give a s***t about his PERSONAL WAY OF DOING THINGS I told him to put my items back to the correct end ...void what he'd already done ....and do it PROPERLY...he was very rude & dismissive towards me after that...I was in a hurry so had no time to request to see a manager at the time but I'm not letting this go...

The last 2 times I have been to No Frills at Prospect I have been overcharged dramatically. The first time was by over a massive 60% and the 2nd time (today) by over 25%. Both times I had the matter rectified at a cost in time to myself. Today I still ended up being overcharged by 2 cents (card use) but could not be bothered arguing. Make sure you check prices at the checkout (particularly on specials. It's no wonder than can advertise lower prices when you end up ripped of at the checkout.

Would give a zero star if there was a option. In the last couple of months the customer service at checkout has been horrendous. This is the NO Frills on Mckeown in North Bay. Looks like a bunch of new employees that don't know what customer service is. Potty.

Over the past week we have noticed that 50% of produce, supposedly Fresh, has been rotting from inside out. For a corp to claim freshness and quality it’s a shame in this day and age QC has spiraled down to a level where the value is not there anymore. Seems paying upwards of 25% more for the same items elsewhere would result still a better choice as wouldn’t need to discard some or all. I don’t write reviews but when I see clear lack of QC I feel obligated to shout out strongly recommend shopping produce in other stores. Can’t afford to gamble with the economy the way it is.

Fruit and vegetables are often rotten. I can't believe that they are on store shelves with mould on them . It contaminates every thing around it .

The No Frills at Kennedy and Sheppard have fair prices and the store is fairly clean.

When first entered store asked a produce employee about a certain product in the section they said it should be around here somewhere. I finally found the item on the other side of department without any help, just a rude remark.

Moved on my shopping experience was the worst ever.

Then moved on to the cash out rude as they can be just throwing the items down the slide some were bottles of sauces.
Lucky I was down the end of the slide. I asked for bags but none were given. Will I visit the store again maybe as you know I have other choices.

Steve’s no frills at renforth plaza is amazing great staff always very clean merchandise is great fruits and vegetables are always great
Never had a problem there cashiers always friendly
